摘要: A fuel cell system has a fuel cell, a fuel supply device, a gas discharge valve, a voltage detecting device and a control device. The fuel supply device supplies a fuel gas to the fuel cell. The gas discharge valve discharges the fuel gas into an external environment. The voltage detecting device detects an output voltage of the fuel cell. The control device controls a discharging process when a request for starting the fuel cell is given. The discharging process includes introducing the fuel gas from the fuel supply device into a predetermined passage, opening the gas discharge valve and discharging residuals staying in the passage into the external environment. When the control device receives the request and determines that the output voltage has reached a first threshold before the discharging process has not been completed, the control device starts power generation irrespective of completion of the discharging process.

摘要: A control system for a fuel cell includes a vapor generation unit, a fuel reforming unit, a fuel supply unit, a combustion unit, a fuel vapor temperature detection unit, a temperature detection unit, a current detection unit, and a control unit. The vapor generation unit produces a fuel vapor by vaporizing a liquid fuel. The fuel reforming unit reforms the fuel vapor to produce a hydrogen-enriched fuel. The fuel supply unit supplies the reformed fuel to the fuel cell. The control unit calculates quantity of heat retained by the vapor generation unit based on the temperature of the fuel vapor, the temperature of the combustion unit, and the generated current. The control unit also controls a fuel supply command value for the fuel supply unit and/or a current generation command value for the fuel cell based on the calculated quantity of heat retained by the vapor generation unit.

摘要: A method of mounting an electronic part having a terminal portion on a board on which a circuit including a connection portion is formed. It includes a process of forming a conductive layer on the surface of the terminal portion; a process of forming, on the surface of the connection portion, a conductive layer having a melting point different from that of the conductive layer formed on the surface of the terminal portion; and a process of melting the conductive layer having a low melting point in such a state that the conductive layer of the terminal portion is contacted with the conductive layer of the connection portion, thereby fusing the conductive layer having a low melting point onto the conductive layer having a high melting point. Moreover, the method includes a process of forming a projecting portion made of a heat-resisting material on the surface of the electronic part around the terminal portion, and forming a conductive layer at least one surface of the connection portion or the terminal portion; and a process of electrically connecting the connection portion with the terminal portion and allowing the projecting portion to be contacted with the surface of the board.
