    Abstract: A chipperless radial ply tire having its carcass ply endings wrapped axially outwardly about the bead cores and terminating along a neutral stress line and with the air impervious liner extending axially outwardly about the bead cores and completely encasing the ply endings and further including a hard chafer strip extending at least from adjacent the radially outer extremity of the bead core to about 40 percent of the section height of the tire.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a two-wheeled vehicle pneumatic tire (1), preferably bicycle tire, particularly preferably racing bike tire (1), having a tread (2), a tire carcass, tire side walls (3) and two bead regions (4), each with a tire bead with a core (5), wherein the tire carcass comprises two carcass inlays (6,6′) wherein the two carcass inlays (6, 6′) extend from a zenith region (17) of the two-wheeled vehicle pneumatic tire (1) over the tire side walls (3) as far as the two bead regions (4) and are looped there around the respective core (5) from axially on the inside axially outward and end with carcass inlay ends (7,7′) and wherein the two bead regions (4) each have a bead protective strip (8) arranged on the carcass from the outside as protection against chafing.
    The problem addressed is that of improving the rolling resistance.
    The problem is solved in that the carcass inlay ends (7′) of the inner carcass inlay (6′) are covered from the outside by the respective bead protective strip (8), wherein the inner carcass inlay (6′) is formed by that carcass inlay of the two carcass inlays (6, 6′) which is the radially inner carcass inlay in the zenith region (17). The invention furthermore relates to a two-wheeled vehicle having a tire of said type.

A ratio R1/R2 of a radius of curvature of the concave curved surface to a radius of curvature of the convex curved surface, satisfies 1.7≤R1/R2≤3.9, a ratio D1/R2 of a depth of the concave curved surface to the radius of curvature of the convex curved surface satisfies 0.05≤D1/R2≤0.09, and the radius of curvature R1 of the concave curved surface and the radius of curvature R2 of the convex curved surface are each a radius of curvature of an arc on a cross section as taken along a plane including a center axis of the tire.

    Abstract: A recessed portion is formed in each tire side portion of an agricultural machinery pneumatic tire. Rigidity at the part of each tire side portion where the recessed portion is formed is reduced. This enables each tire radial direction outside portion to be made to tilt over toward tire width direction outside with the recessed portion as a point of origin without reducing the internal pressure, enabling the ground contact width of a tread portion to be enlarged. Since there is no need to intentionally reduce the internal pressure in order to reduce the ground contact pressure, bead portions do not tilt over more than necessary, and there is no reduction in the durability of the bead portions.
