    摘要: A process for preparing a fiberglass insulation product, including the steps of: (a) providing a layer of fire-retardant kraft paper, (b) coating the fire-retardant kraft paper layer with from 2 to 10 pounds of HDPE or of polypropylene per 3000 square feet of the paper to form an HDPE-fire-retardant kraft laminate or a polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate, (c) coating the HDPE-fire-retardant kraft or polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate with from 3 to 10 pounds of LDPE per 3000 square feet of the HDPE-fire-retardant kraft laminate or polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate to form an LDPE-HDPE-fire-retardant kraft laminate or an LDPE-polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate, (d) adjusting the temperature of the LDPE-HDPE-fire-retardant kraft laminate or the LDPE-polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate so that the LDPE becomes tacky while the HDPE or polypropylene remains solid, (e) providing a layer of fiberglass wool, and (f) contacting the LDPE layer of the LDPE-HDPE-fire-retardant kraft laminate or of the LDPE-polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate with the fiberglass wool layer with pressure and cooling to bond the LDPE-HDPE-fire-retardant kraft laminate or LDPE-polypropylene-fire-retardant kraft laminate to the fiberglass wool layer to form a fiberglass insulation product.

    摘要: An apparatus for conveying information and a method of using said apparatus during a medical emergency. The apparatus consists of a perforated adhesive tape with a front side and a back side. The back side includes an adhesive applied thereto to enable the tape to be affixed to a secondary surface. The front side includes borders on each side thereof. The borders are comprised of a reflective material. A middle section between the two borders includes a material with a surface adapted to receive indicia from a writing utensil. Adjacent segments of the tape are separated by perforations. During use, a writing utensil may be used to apply indicia to the middle section of a segment of the tape. The segment may be removed from an adjacent segment along the perforations, and the tape may be applied to a secondary surface.

    摘要: The present invention involves an applique for applying a fabric pattern to an object. The applique comprises a laminate having an outer periphery to define a first predetermined shape corresponding to the fabric pattern and has etches formed adjacent the periphery to simulate an appearance of stitching. In one embodiment, the laminate comprises a top fabric layer and a bottom fabric layer with a periphery, wherein the bottom fabric layer periphery corresponds to the outer periphery. The top fabric layer is a strip attached to the bottom layer, wherein the top fabric layer is disposed adjacent the outer periphery. The laminate has etches formed on the top fabric layer so that the top fabric layer simulates the appearance of stitching. In another embodiment, the laminate comprises a top fabric layer and a bottom fabric layer, wherein the top fabric layer has a second predetermined shape. The top fabric layer is attached to the bottom fabric layer and disposed inward from the outer periphery. The bottom fabric layer has the first predetermined shape and etches formed thereon adjacent the outer periphery.
