    摘要: A polyamide composition comprising 50 to 90 parts by weight of (A) semiaromatic polyamides having dicarboxylic acid units containing 60 to 100 mole % of terephthalic acid units and diamine units containing 60 to 100 mole %, in total, of 1,9-nonanediamine units and/or 2-methyl-1,8-octanediamine units, and 50 to 10 parts by weight of (B) aliphatic polyamides in which the average of total carbon atoms of dicarboxylic acid units and diamine units per one amide group is 7 to 12; having excellent moldability, toughness, light-weightness, hot water and steam resistance, heat resistance, mechanical characteristics, low water absorption, chemical resistance and melt stability; and are applicable for molding at low temperature with a conventional steam-heating or a conventional hot-water-heating type mold to give molded articles having sufficient heat resistance, rigidity at high temperature and dimensional stability.

    摘要: A polyamide resin is disclosed. Moldings of the polyamide resin composition are lightweight and have high mechanical strength including high flexural strength and high flexural modulus, as well as good heat resistance, good impact resistance and good metallic appearance. In the polyamide resin composition, the polyamide resin is reinforced with from 0.1 to 10% by weight of a layered silicate uniformly dispersed therein on a molecular level. To 100 parts by weight of the reinforced polyamide resin are added from 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of particles capable of expressing a metallic color.

The polymer has a physical configuration that facilitates formation of a porous stationary bed through which water can pass for treatment.

    摘要: The polyamide resin composition comprises a copolyamide resin, a nucleating agent for crystallization, and optionally an inorganic filler. The copolyamide resin is produced by polycondensing a carboxylic acid component mainly comprising adipic acid with a diamine component containing trans-1,4-bis (aminomethyl)cyclohexane, cis-1,4-bis(aminomethyl) cyclohexane, and optionally another diamine. The nucleating agent for crystallization is selected from an organic nucleating agent and an inorganic nucleating agent. The polyamide resin composition exhibits a good molding cycle and provides a shaped article excellent in the retention of rigidity at a high temperature condition, the durability under a high temperature condition, and the retention of mechanical properties after water-absorption. Therefore, the polyamide resin composition is useful as a metal replacement in various applications such as automobile parts, mechanical parts and electric or electronic parts.
