摘要: A battery manufacturing method includes assembling an internal terminal, a gasket, a battery case component, an insulator, and an external terminal into a state where a cylindrical part of the gasket is fitted in a mounting hole of the battery case component, a projecting part of the internal terminal is fitted in the cylindrical part of the gasket, the insulator is disposed on an outer surface of the battery case component with the projecting part fitted in a through-hole, and the external terminal is disposed on top of the insulator so as to lie on the projecting part. The external terminal is pressed against the projecting part of the internal terminal, and the external terminal or the internal terminal is vibrated to thereby weld together the projecting part and the external terminal in a solid state.

摘要: A secondary battery has an electrode body, a sealing plate sealing an opening of a battery case, current collector tabs provided respectively on a positive and a negative electrode plate, current collector terminals disposed inside the sealing plate and connected respectively to the positive and the negative electrode plate with the respective current collector tabs interposed therebetween, and external terminals disposed outside the sealing plate and connected to the respective current collector terminals. The electrode body is accommodated in the battery case with the electrode current collector tabs being bent in a space inside the sealing plate, and each of the current collector tabs has a joined portion ultrasonically joined to the corresponding current collector terminal and a bend portion provided at a position away from the joined portion and on the electrode body side and serving as a starting portion at which the current collector tab is bent.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the technical field of batteries, in particular, to a protection board, a battery and an electronic device. The protection board includes a protection board body and a flexible circuit board connected in sequence, where a puller assembly is provided on an end of the flexible circuit board away from the protection board body. In the present disclosure, since the puller assembly is arranged on the protection board, by means of directly grabbing the puller assembly, the battery can be disassembled or replaced, which avoids a safety risk of cracking of or damage to the flexible circuit board and thus seriously affecting the safety performance and service life of the battery due to directly taking the flexible circuit board with hands or devices.

摘要: A cylindrical battery cell, a battery and a method for forming cylindrical battery cell are provided. In the cylindrical battery cell, a cap component at least includes a terminal, a fixing element and a cap plate, the terminal including a step-shape structure, wherein the step-shape structure includes a substrate portion and a rivet portion, the substrate portion being blocked on a first side of the cap plate, the rivet portion being extended from the substrate portion, the fixing element being connected to an outer side of the rivet portion on a second side of the cap plate. Therefore, an energy gravimetric and volumetric density of the battery cell are increased, and a cell inner resistance and an energy loss are decreased. Furthermore, a manufacturing process is simplified and costs consequently are reduced.

The first end portion further contains a first surface oriented away from the first current collecting disc. On the first surface, the welding track are arranged away from a center of the first surface. The protection piece is sheathed around the housing, extends beyond the first surface, and covers the welding track. No welding track is arranged at the center of the first surface.

摘要: A method for connecting a flexible printed circuit (FPC) to a battery module and a cell supervision circuit board (CSCB) is provided. The method includes: providing a coil of a continuous, strip-shaped FPC; unwinding a first section of the FPC from the coil, positioning the first section of the FPC over a first contact portion of the battery module, and welding a conductive structure of the FPC in the first section to the first contact portion of the battery module; unwinding a second section of the FPC from the coil, positioning the second section of the FPC over a contact pad of the CSCB, and welding the conductive structure of the FPC in the second section to the contact pad of the CSCB; and separating the first section and second section of the FPC from the coil of the FPC.
