摘要： A transfer needle assembly including a cap-like outside guide member; a tubular inside guide member; and a puncture member. The puncture member has a tip fitting portion at a proximal end and a puncture needle at a distal end. The inside guide member can slide along an inner wall of a skirt portion of the outside guide member from a position where a distal end of the needle is receded in the inside guide member, to a position where the distal end of the needle projects outside of the inside guide member. At the position where the distal end of the needle is receded in the inside guide member, the outside guide member and the inside guide member are engaged so as to be incapable of sliding, with the engagement being releasable by inserting a mouth portion of a vial into the inside guide member.

摘要： An adhesion preventive kit and a method of preventing adhesion are provided which have a preventive effect on adhesion in a surrounding part of an edge of an injured or deficient tissue in guided regeneration therapy for an injured tissue. Specifically, the adhesion preventive kit includes: (A) a first membrane of at least two layers having a biodegradable base layer and an adhesion preventive layer provided respectively at outermost surfaces thereof and a second membrane of at least one layer having an adhesion preventive layer provided at an outermost surface thereof, or (B) an adhesion preventive membrane including a biodegradable base layer and an adhesion preventive layer, which membrane has an outermost surface constituted of the adhesion preventive layer and has a tissue sandwiching part.

The valve member includes a bowl portion disposed so that the opening is faced toward the needle for puncturing the rubber plug and a guiding portion provided on a bottom surface of the bowl portion for causing the valve member to move to a predetermined position which closes the internal passage.
