Abstract:
An electrical waveform generating circuit has a pair of Pulse Amplitude Controlled Switching Current Sources (PACS). A gate pulse driver circuit is coupled to an input of each of the pair of PACS for sending gate pulses for driving the pair of PACS. A digital-to-analog converter (DAC) circuit is coupled to the gate pulse driver circuit for controlling amplitudes of the gate pulses. A transducer is coupled to the PACS.
Abstract:
Methods and devices for discharging a pixel of an electronic display to be turned off are provided. In one example, a method may include supplying an activation signal to the pixel to activate the pixel. The method may also include supplying a data signal of substantially ground to a pixel electrode of the pixel. The method may include controlling a common electrode voltage of the pixel toward substantially ground. The method may also include removing the activation signal from the pixel after the common electrode voltage reaches substantially ground.
Abstract:
A circuit module comprises a die attach pad with a surface and a plurality of leads surrounding the surface. A nonconductive adhesive is on the surface. A plurality of electronic circuit dies are on the surface of the die attach pad. Each die has a top surface and a bottom surface with the bottom surface on the adhesive. The top surface has a plurality of bonding pads. A first electronic circuit die has at least one routing path of a conductive material connecting a first bonding pad to a second bonding pad. A first bonding wire connects a bonding pad of a second electronic circuit die to the first bonding pad of the first electronic die. A second bonding wire connects the second bonding pad of the first electronic circuit die to a lead. Where one of the dies contains vertical circuit element, where a doped layer forms a terminal along the bottom surface of the layer, a trench filled with doped polysilicon extends from the top surface to the terminal to connect to the terminal. The doped polysilicon filled trench also serves to isolate and separate different circuit elements.

An integrated circuit high voltage analog switch has digital logic-level control interface circuit. A level translator is coupled to the digital logic-level control interface circuit. A plurality of output multi-channel high voltage switches is coupled to the level translator.
Abstract:
A system for displaying images includes a liquid crystal display panel. The liquid crystal display panel comprises a color filter substrate having a light shielding layer on a peripheral area and a common electrode on a display area and the peripheral area, and an array substrate having a pixel electrode on the display area and a separate and independent electrode with a fixed voltage on the peripheral area. The liquid crystal display panel further comprises a liquid crystal layer between the color filter substrate and the array substrate.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a system of capturing zoom-in images of an object. The system comprises a pan, tilt, zoom (PTZ) camera for capturing a video stream in view; an image-capture device for extracting and digitizing images from the video stream; an object detector for detecting objects in the images from the image-capture device, determining the locations and sizes of the objects and sending the locations and the sizes of the objects to a selector; the selector for determining one of the objects and sending the location and size of the one of the objects to a assessor; the assessor for determining the trajectories required to both align the one of the objects to the center of the image based on the current location of the one of the objects relative to the center and to maximize the size and resolution of the one of the objects according to the current size of the one of the objects, and for sending the trajectories to a translator; the translator for converting the trajectories into a signal stream with a command format that a camera controller can understand and for sending the converted trajectories to the camera controller; and the camera controller for moving and zooming the PTZ camera according to the signal stream, thereby the PTZ camera moves to center on the one of the objects and captures zoomed-in images of the one of the objects from the video stream.
Abstract:
A system for diagnosing production logistics abnormalities includes a first server (11) and a second server (12). The second server transmits production logistics information to the first server. The first server analyzes the received information, and determines whether production logistics activities are abnormal. The first server includes: a data maintenance module (21) including a criteria setting sub-module (211) for setting diagnosis criteria; an account payable creation module (22) for creating an account payable including an account payable creation date when a material is purchased; an account receivable creation module (23) for creating an account receivable including an account receivable creation date when a product incorporating the material is sold; and an abnormality determining module (24) for comparing a time period between the account payable creation date and the account receivable creation date and a preset time interval, to determine whether the production logistics activities of the material are abnormal.
Abstract:
A heat-dissipating casing of an electronic apparatus having an input device, an output device, and a printed circuit board connected with the input device and the output device is disclosed. The heat-dissipating casing includes a metal extruded casing having at least four surfaces to form a space, a first opening and a second opening, wherein the space is used for receiving the printed circuit board, a first side plate fixed to the metal extruded casing to cover the first opening and having a first hole for securing the input device, and a second side plate fixed to the metal extruded casing to cover the second opening and having a second hole for securing the output device, thereby dissipating the heat generated from the electronic apparatus and equalizing the surface temperature of the electronic apparatus.
Abstract:
A time board for dynamically displaying the universal time is provided, the board is adaptable to hang on the wall of lounge of an airport, a main railroad station hall, a passenger terminal of a harbor, the office of tele-communication and the classroom of a school, and comprises a flat rectangular board having front panel on which a world map of Mercator Equator Projection is attached containing every country and region of the world which are covered by 24 time zones, each of the time zone occupies 15 degrees longitudes repersenting an hour. An universal date display column and an universal hour display column parallel extend adjacent an upper border of the board from left to right margin thereof each contains 25 display windows spaced apart and in cooperation with the 24 time zones for inserting binary numbered LEDs to dynamically display the date and time differences around the world. A local time column displays the hour, minute and second of the local time and works in concert with hours displayed in the time zones. The improvement has been characterized in the alteration of the conventional ways to obtain the universal time differences in order to suit to the popularity. The world map may be variable to facilitate every country or regions have equal chance to be centered in the map.
