    摘要: A method for fabricating a semiconductor device having fine contact holes is exemplary disclosed. The method includes forming an isolation layer defining active regions on a semiconductor substrate. An interlayer dielectric layer is formed on the semiconductor substrate having the isolation layer. First molding patterns are formed on the interlayer dielectric layer. Second molding patterns positioned between the first molding patterns and spaced apart therefrom are also formed. A mask pattern surrounding sidewalls of the first and second molding patterns is formed. Openings are formed by removing the first and second molding patterns. Contact holes are formed by etching the interlayer dielectric layer using the mask pattern as an etching mask.

An H-SLP sets a priority order of a plurality of positioning methods which a target terminal supports according to a set priority order set condition and transmits priority order information according to respective positioning methods to the target terminal. Further, the target terminal may receive information about the positioning methods including the priority order and select a positioning method having the highest priority order among the positioning methods, which can be used in its current electric wave environment. Moreover, the H-SLP and the target terminal may calculate a location of the target terminal according to a positioning method that the target terminal has selected. Accordingly, although it is difficult to calculate the location of the target terminal according to the positioning method that the target terminal has selected, a location service of the target terminal can be continuously provided.

Also, the developing properties are improved, so that an electron emission device having fine patterns can be obtained.

    摘要: Disclosed are methods of fabricating organic thin film transistors composed of a substrate, a gate electrode, a gate insulating film, metal oxide source/drain electrodes, and an organic semiconductor layer. The methods include applying a sufficient quantity of a self-assembled monolayer compound containing a live ion to the surfaces of the metal oxide electrodes to form a self-assembled monolayer. The presence of the live ion at the interface between the metal oxide electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer modifies the relative work function of these materials. Further, the presence of the self-assembled monolayer on the gate insulating film tends to reduce hysteresis. Accordingly, organic thin film transistors fabricated in accord with the example embodiments tend to exhibit improved charge mobility, improved gate insulating film properties and decreased hysteresis associated with the organic insulator.
