    摘要: Disclosed is a switching power supply device including: a transformer for voltage conversion; a main switching element connected in series to a primary coil; a primary side control circuit that performs on/off control of the main switching element; a synchronous rectification MOS transistor connected in series to a secondary coil; and a secondary side control circuit that performs on/off control of the MOS transistor, wherein the secondary side control circuit includes: an off-timing detection circuit that compares a drain voltage of the MOS transistor with a predetermined threshold voltage, and detects a timing to turn off the MOS transistor; and a threshold voltage setting circuit that sets the threshold voltage, and the threshold voltage setting circuit sets the threshold voltage based on a conduction period of the secondary coil or a period obtained by adding the conduction period to a conduction period of the primary coil.

    摘要: An insulated DC power supply includes a voltage transformer, a switching device and a primary-side regulating circuit. The voltage transformer includes primary and secondary windings and an auxiliary winding. The switching device causes current to flow intermittently through the primary winding. The primary-side regulating circuit receives a voltage proportional to a current flowing through the primary winding of the transformer, and a voltage proportional to a voltage induced in the auxiliary winding of the transformer to generate and output a drive pulse for turning on or off the switching device. The primary-side regulating circuit includes an ON/OFF signal generator circuit and first and second timer circuits. The switching device is turned off upon expiration of the first timer circuit, and the ON/OFF signal generator circuit does not generate a signal for turn-on of the switching device when the second timer circuit expires.

    摘要: A non-contact power feeding device is provided to feed power from a primary coil on a primary side to a secondary coil on a secondary side, which are closely located to face each other with no contact through an air gap, based on a mutual induction effect of electromagnetic induction. In such a non-contact power feeding device, a repeating resonant coil constituting a resonant circuit is disposed in a magnetic path of the air gap. This resonant circuit is independent of a power circuit on the primary side and a load side circuit on the secondary side and is provided with the repeating resonant coil and a capacitor. In the case of power feeding, the repeating resonant coil of the resonant circuit feeds exciting reactive power to the magnetic path of the air gap.
