    摘要: A take-up equipment and a take-up method for a finish rolling mill for dividing a strip into a plurality of coiled products when taking up the strip on the exit side of the finish rolling mill are provided. A plurality of take-up machines (24, 26, K1, K2) are disposed at the downstream side of a hot finish rolling mill; a shearing machine (27, 2) is provided on the upstream side of a pinch roll (23, 4) of the take-up machines (24, K1) at the uppermost stream end; and a strip passing device (28, 6a) is provided between the shearing machine and the pinch roll at the uppermost stream to prevent a strip from rising. The strip passing devices are guiding devices for restricting the height of the rise of the strip or the airflow suction type strip passing devices for drawing in a strip under suction using airflow. The plurality of take-up machines are down coilers or carousel type reels having two winding drums (66a, 66b).

    摘要: The electron microscope provides sufficient leg space for an observer sitting in a chair in a working posture and allows concentrated observation and swift operation of the electron microscope without burdening the observer. An electron gun column is supported on a support structure formed in a rectangular parallelepiped. The electron gun column, a column evacuation device and a viewing chamber are mounted on the dampers on the support structure through a vibration plate. The table is mounted on the support structure through table supports provided on the top surface of the support structure. Further, the table has an opening at a location corresponding to the viewing chamber so that the table and the viewing chamber, both mounted on the support structure, are not in contact with each other. The layout of the operation panel divides the operation devices of the electron microscope into a group of devices that are frequently reached by touch and operated during observation and a group of devices that are not frequently used during observation. The former group is arranged in arc areas within reach of the operator's arms when pivoted about the elbows as the operator rests his arms naturally on the operation table. The latter group is classified according to the functions performed and is arranged in positions that are behind the arc areas of pivoting arms and are easily recognized visually.

    摘要: The present invention provides a wiring method and apparatus to wire two wiring board assemblies, each of which comprises: an insulating substrate; and a plurality of pressure terminals or busbars secured to the substrate, each having a press-connection portion formed with a slot. Wire connection is made by pressing the wires into the slots of the pressure terminals. The process of wiring is as follows. With two or more pairs of front and rear wire laying heads arranged on a wire laying plate that holds the insulating substrate, (a) a plurality of wires are parallelly laid between the two wiring board assemblies; (b) each wire is supported at two points of an intermediate portion of the wire to keep both end portions of each wire straight; (c) the wire laying heads are moved in a direction perpendicular to the wire laying direction and the first row wire is positioned on specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies; (d) the first row wire is pressed into the slots and cut; (e) the steps (c) and (d) are repeated to press the second to final row wires into specified slots of the pressure terminals on the two wiring board assemblies and cut these wires; and (f) the steps (a) to (e) are repeated.
