摘要: To provide an anode, corrosion-protecting structure of a concrete constructions using this, and a corrosion protection method capable of protecting electrical corrosion, with little generation of gas due to electrolysis of water or chlorine compounds, by decreasing as far as possible the amount of processing performed on the structural body in on-site construction work and suppressing the voltage that is conducted therethrough to a low level. [Solution] A corrosion-protecting structure (1) is constituted by attaching an anode (10) to the surface layer (3) of a corrosion-protecting body (4) through a first electrolyte layer (12) on one face of a conductive layer (11) formed as a sheet. The electrolyte is formed as a sheet. The first electrolyte layer (12) having adhesiveness is attached to the conductive layer (11) and the surface layer (3) of the corrosion-protecting body (4).

摘要: Virtual Functions (VFs) 602-1 to 602-N of an I/O device are separately allocated to a plurality of computers 1-1 to 1-N. In an address swap table 506, a root domain that is an address space of the computer 1 and mapping information of an I/O domain that is an address space unique to the I/O device 6 are registered. Mapping is set with the VFs 602-1 to 602-N as units. When accessing the VFs 602-1 to 602-N of the I/O device 6 to which each of the computers 1-1 to 1-N is allocated, an I/O packet transfer unit 701 checks the address swap table 506 to swap source/destination addresses recorded in packet headers.

摘要: A reflective film laminate is provided with high productivity and at low cost in which a protective film with minimized pinholes is provided to improve the alkali resistance and warm water resistance of the reflective film laminate including a pure Al film or an Al-based alloy film so that a reflectivity reduction resulting from the elution or oxidization of the Al film in an alkaline or warm water environment is less likely to occur. The reflective film laminate of the present invention includes, over a substrate, a pure Al film or an Al-based alloy film as a first layer, and an oxide film of a metal containing one or more elements selected from the group consisting of Zr, Cr, Y, Nb, Hf, Ta, W, Ti, Si, and Mo as a second layer over the first layer. The thickness of the second layer is 0.1 to 10 nm.

摘要: A structured prediction model learning apparatus, method, program, and recording medium maintain prediction performance with a smaller amount of memory. An auxiliary model is introduced by defining the auxiliary model parameter set θ(k) with a log-linear model. A set Θ of auxiliary model parameter sets which minimizes the Bregman divergence between the auxiliary model and a reference function indicating the degree of pseudo accuracy is estimated by using unsupervised data. A base-model parameter set λ which minimizes an empirical risk function defined beforehand is estimated by using supervised data and the set Θ of auxiliary model parameter sets.

摘要: A blade for wind power generation includes a lightning receptor configured to form a part of the surface of the blade, and a lightning receiving protrusion that protrudes outward from the surface of the lightning receptor. The lightning receiving protrusion is provided to a surface boundary between the blade and the lightning receptor. The surface boundary configured to protect against the lightning is positioned within a radius of a circle, which is centered on a tip of the lightning receiving protrusion and which has a radius of twice the length of the lightning receiving protrusion. A point where electric field concentration on the surface of the lightning receptor is greatest is moved from the boundary to the tip of the lightning receiving protrusion, so as to significantly reduce a possibility of blade damage associated with lightning striking the boundary when being stroke by the lightning.

摘要: Any packet loss is detected very quickly by means of only a series of sequence number in a multi-path environment where a transmitter and a receiver are connected to each other by way of a plurality of networks when no inversion of sequence arises in any of the networks. A communication apparatus includes a plurality of sequence buffers arranged at each network to accumulate packets until a sequence acknowledgement and an absence detecting section adapted to determine the occurrence of an absence of a packet when one or more packets are accumulated in all the sequence buffers. With this arrangement, the absence detecting section of the receiver monitors the packets staying in the sequence guaranteeing buffer arranged in each of the network, paying attention to the characteristic that packets are stored in the sequence buffers of all the networks when a packet loss takes place.
