    摘要： A calling method for performing a video phone call including: establishing a bearer of a video phone call between a calling terminal and a Multimedia Ring Back Tone (MRBT) device; playing, by the MRBT device, a MRBT to the calling terminal via the bearer between the calling terminal and the MRBT device; sending, by a MSC server of the calling terminal, a prompt message to the calling terminal; removing the bearer between the calling terminal and the MRBT device upon receiving the prompt message; establishing another bearer of the video phone call between the calling terminal and a called terminal; and performing a video phone call communication between the calling terminal and the called terminal via the bearer between the calling terminal and the called terminal. The present invention also provides the corresponding systems, thereby realizing the Multimedia Ring Back Tone service of a video phone call.

    摘要： A heat dissipation device includes one of heat sinks with different specifications each of which includes a core and supports extending outwards and radially from the core, and a fixing frame receiving the one of the heat sinks therein. The fixing frame comprises a side plate, a plurality of vertical walls extending downwardly from the side plate, and two sets of slots defined in an inner side of the side plate. Each of the slots extends upwardly from a bottom surface of the side plate to a certain depth to form a step at a top thereof. The slots are staggered with the vertical walls. The supports correspondingly slide in one set of slots and abut corresponding steps.

    摘要： A system for determining fair value prices of financial securities of international markets includes selecting a universe of securities of a particular international market, computing overnight returns of each security in the selected universe over a predetermined past period of time, selecting at least one return factor of a domestic financial market from a plurality of return factors, computing, for each selected return factor, the return factor's daily return over said predetermined past period of time, calculating, for each selected return factor, a return factor coefficient for each security in the selected universe by performing a time series regression to obtain the contribution of each return factor's return to the security's overnight return, and producing each calculated return factor coefficient in a data stream.

In the disclosure, the reality of the Multi-Protocol Label Switching Transport Profile (MPLS-TP) network topology is greatly improved, and it is more convenient and accurate when the network management system is utilized to perform network management.

    摘要： A controller IC adjusts the on time and cycle time of current flowing through the primary inductor of a flyback converter to generate a constant output current and constant output voltage. A desired output current limit is achieved even with an inductor whose inductance varies from the stated magnitude. A transconductance current is generated from a voltage across an emitter resistor and is then integrated to generate an integrated-current voltage. An inductor switch is turned on by an oscillator signal and turned off at the earlier of when the integrated-current voltage reaches a charge limit voltage during constant current mode or when the emitter resistor voltage reaches an error voltage during constant voltage mode. Current is output independently of the primary inductance by varying the current limit voltage inversely proportionally to the input voltage and by adjusting the cycle time so that it varies inversely proportionally to the output voltage.
