    摘要: A printed-circuit board characteristic evaluation system is basically configured by an input device, a data processing device, a storage device and an output device. Herein, the input device inputs layout information representing an overall layout of a printed-circuit board installing at least one active component, from which layout information data regarding a power supply circuit is extracted and is stored in the storage device. The layout information data is converted to electric circuit information representing an equivalent circuit model with respect to a selected side of the printed-circuit board. Then, calculations are performed based on the layout information data to produce impedance characteristics with respect to the power supply circuit. A decision is made as to whether resonance is caused to occur in the power supply circuit on the basis of results of comparison of the impedance characteristics. The output device outputs the impedance characteristics as well as resonance information. If it is determined that resonance is caused to occur in the power supply circuit, the system changes the layout information, from which new layout information data is being extracted. In addition, a resonance suppression technique (e.g., installation of a decoupling capacitor) is applied to a certain point of the power supply circuit or a prescribed power terminal connecting position. Thus, the system is capable of performing evaluation as to whether printed-circuit boards are well designed to suppress variations of power voltages while inhibiting radiation of unwanted electromagnetic waves from occurring due to resonance of power supply circuits.

    摘要: The method of controlling data writing velocity of an optical disk player is capable of correctly writing data on a nonstandard optical disk as well as a standard optical disk.The method comprises the steps of: analyzing a track pitch of an optical disk on the basis of a moving distance of an optical pick-up in a prescribed time and the address thereof when a data writing test is executed in an innermost area of the optical disk; judging if the optical disk is a standard optical disk having a standard track pitch or not; calculating an address of changing data writing velocity on the basis of the analyzed track pitch if the optical disk is a nonstandard optical disk; and changing the data writing velocity when the address to which the optical pick-up irradiates the laser beam reaches the calculated address.

    摘要: The optical disk player is capable of correctly restarting to write data. Data protection means returns an optical pick-up from an interruption address to a synchronization starting address. The data protection means reads data from the synchronization starting address to the interruption address at a reading velocity equal to a former writing velocity. The data protection means restarts writing data from the interruption address if a phase of data read is synchronized with a phase of data to be written. The data protection means returns the optical pick-up to the synchronization starting address and reads data from there to the interruption address at a reading velocity slower than the former writing velocity so as to synchronize the phases if the synchronization is failed.

    摘要: A clutch disk assembly 1 is provided between an input shaft and an output shaft to selectively transmit rotation therebetween. The clutch disk assembly 1 is provided with a dampening mechanism 4 to provide smooth transition during engagement and disengagement of the clutch disk assembly. The dampening mechanism 4 has more durable first and second retaining plates 31 and 32 with a rectangular window portion for transmitting torque. The first and second retaining plates 31 and 32 are used to support first springs 16 of the clutch disk assembly. The first and second retaining plate 32 includes a plate main body having a disk shape and a second receptacle 36 to support first springs 16. The second receptacles 36 are formed from that plate main body. The second receptacles 36 project in an axial direction from the plate main body so as to be able to seat the first spring 16. The second receptacles 36 include axially supporting parts 36a to support an axially outside part of the first springs 16, a radially outside supporting parts 36d to support a radially outside part of the first springs 16, and second supporting parts 37 formed at both sides in a circular direction to support both ends of the first springs 16. The radially outside supporting part 36d includes an intermediate part 36h, and curved indented end parts 36i which is located outward in a radial direction from the intermediate part 36h. The first and second retaining plates 31 and 32 are designed to maintain the thickness of the curved indented end parts 36i of the radially outside supporting parts 36d, thereby maintaining the durability of the second receptacles 36.
