摘要: A negative-electrode active material layer having a line-and-space structure is formed by applying an application liquid containing a negative-electrode active material in stripes on a surface of a negative-electrode current collector using a nozzle-scan coating method and drying the application liquid (Steps S101, S102). Subsequently, by a spin coating method, an application liquid containing a solid electrolyte material is applied (Step S103) and heated at a temperature lower than a glass-transition temperature of the electrolyte material to be dried. Further, an application liquid containing a positive-electrode active material is applied (Step S105) and a positive-electrode current collector is laminated (Step S106) and, then, a laminated body is heated to or above the glass-transition temperature of the electrolyte material to cause the solid electrolyte to flow and adhere to the active material layers.

摘要: A connector assembly having a floating structure includes a connector moveably mounted in a cradle housing. A part of this connector connects to and detaches from another connector facing, through a spacing, a connector-mounting window of the cradle housing. The connector on the moveable side is moveable freely within the range of the spacing. An elastic member of flexible material is provided on the exterior of the moveable-side connector and closely contacts and is housed in a housing part formed in the cradle housing. An elastic member restoring force, acting when coupling between the moveable-side connector and the other connector is released, causes the moveable-side connector to return its original position in the cradle housing.

摘要: An electronic throttle valve control system prevents rapid rotation of a throttle valve when the control system has a failure. A throttle valve controls the amount of intake air to an internal combustion engine, an electric motor drives the throttle valve, and a control section controls the electric motor. The throttle valve has an urging mechanism for urging the throttle valve in the closing direction. The control section shifts the electric motor to a regenerative mode when the control system has a failure to control the speed at which the throttle valve is rotated in the closing direction by the urging force of the urging mechanism. The throttle valve is therefore rotated slowly in the closing direction by the urging force of the urging mechanism and then held in a predetermined opening position.

摘要: A straddle type vehicle includes a protrusion which is displaced together with a throttle valve, a lever pulley which is displaced in response to the rotation of a throttle grip, a spring and a control device. The spring generates elastic force to return the protrusion to a first original position when the lever pulley is in a second original position. The spring maintains the lever pulley in the second original position by being elastically deformed until the protrusion reaches a predetermined position in which the protrusion is displaced from the first original position in such a direction that the throttle valve opens when the lever pulley is in the second original position. The control device opens the throttle valve by displacing the protrusion until the protrusion reaches the predetermined position in a gear shift change when the throttle grip is fully closed.

摘要: Disclosed is a light receiving device for reading an optical medium compliant with any of different standards. The receiving device includes light receiving elements and an amplifier circuit. Each light receiving element is for receiving light reflected from an optical medium compliant with a different one of the standards and output a signal responsive to the received light. The amplifier circuit is for amplifying a signal derived from output of the light receiving elements. The signal amplified by the amplifier circuit is derived by subtracting an output signal of one of the light receiving elements that receives light from the optical medium from an output signal of the other light receiving elements.

摘要: An engine control device responsive to a rider's accelerator operation. Throttle opening is controlled such that engine torque increases in response to an increase in accelerator displacement for all engine speeds. At least when the engine speed is in a low-speed range, the engine torque approximates a maximum torque value in the range in which the accelerator displacement is small, and thereafter the engine torque is controlled to gradually increase to the maximum toque value in response to an increase in the accelerator displacement. The accelerator displacement and the throttle opening that is set correspondingly to the accelerator displacement are stored in a storage means in advance as map data relative to each engine speed.

摘要: [Problem] To provide an electronic throttle valve control system which can prevent rapid rotation of a throttle valve when the control system has a failure. [Solution] There are provided a throttle valve 10 for controlling the amount of intake air to an internal combustion engine, an electric motor 20 for driving the throttle valve 10, and a control section 21 for controlling the electric motor 20. The throttle valve has an urging mechanism 31 for urging the throttle valve 10 in the closing direction. The control section 21 shifts the electric motor 20 to a regenerative mode when the control system has a failure to control the speed at which the throttle valve 10 is rotated in the closing direction by the urging force of the urging mechanism 30. The throttle valve 10 is therefore rotated slowly in the closing direction by the urging force of the urging mechanism 30 and then held in a predetermined opening position 10b.

摘要: An engine control apparatus for a motorcycle capable of detecting an abnormality such that there is no change in vehicle behavior even when the abnormality is brought about. A control CPU controls injection and ignition of an engine and a throttle valve. A monitor CPU detects an abnormality of the engine control apparatus. The control CPU calculates a fuel injection amount, an ignition timing, and an opening degree of the throttle valve necessary for controlling the engine and executes a predetermined engine control. The monitor CPU detects the abnormality of the engine control apparatus. A comparison of control values to detect the abnormality by the monitor CPU is executed by a detection interval equal to or smaller than 10 ms.
