    摘要: A method of detecting nucleic acid fragments in plural samples is performed by the steps of: attaching an electroconductive label to nucleic acid fragments in one sample and attaching a different electroconductive label to nucleic acid fragments in another sample; preparing a mixture of these samples; spotting the mixture on an electroconductive microarray having plural electrodes onto which probe molecules complementary to the nucleic acid fragments are fixed, so that hybridization between the nucleic acid fragments and the probe molecules on the electroconductive microarray can proceed to form hybrid structures; applying to the electrode an electric potential corresponding to the oxidation-reduction potential of the former label and detecting on the electrode an electric current; applying to the electrode an electric potential corresponding to the oxidation-reduction potential of the latter label and detecting on the electrode an electric current; and comparing the electric current detected in the former detecting procedure and that detected in the latter detecting procedure.

    摘要: An jet recording apparatus, which records on a recording medium by discharging ink form a recording head, is provided with at least two electrothermal converting elements each having different amount of heat generation, and driven each individually, which are arranged in the ink flow path communicated with the discharge port of the recording head along the ink flow path each in different distance to the discharge port, and when the pre-discharge is performed without participating in recording, driving signals needed for discharging ink are supplied to the electrothermal converting element on the side near to the discharge port subsequent to being supplied to the electrothermal converting element on the side away from the discharge port. The pre-discharge is performed immediately before recording per line, and the number of discharges is set to be larger for the electrothermal converting element on the side away from the discharge port than the number of discharges for the electrothermal converting element on the side near to the discharge port.

    摘要: A toner image which is carried by a photosensitive endless belt is pressed against a printing paper by a transfer opposed roller provided inside the photosensitive belt to transfer the toner image onto the printing paper, and the image transferred onto the printing paper is fixed. The position of the transfer roller which is moved inside the photosensitive belt is detected by a detector. When the detected position agrees with a predetermined position, the moving direction is reversed by a control unit and the moving distance of the transfer roller is varied in accordance with the size of the image ad, further, the contamination of the backside of the printing paper is avoided.

    摘要: An image forming device and an image forming method for transporting a toner image on an endless belt shaped toner image transporting member. The toner image transporting member is supported by a plurality of rollers and is stretched out and made rotatable in the same direction as the recording medium is transported.     摘要: An enzyme-labelled antibody adapted for use in a homogeneous immunoassay is provided. The enzyme-labelled antibody is a conjugate of an enzyme with two or more different monoclonal antibodies, each of the monoclonal antibodies being capable of specifically recognizing and binding to a different epitope of the same antigen. By using the enzyme-labelled antibody in the homogeneous enzyme immunoassay process, an analyte can be quantitatively analyzed at a higher sensitivity through a simple operation. Also provided is a dry immunoassay element comprising an immunological reaction layer containing the enzyme-labelled antibody. By the provision of such an immunoassay element, a further simplified quick analysis of an analyte is realized to give an accurate result.
