    摘要: An information recording apparatus mutually communicates with a server via a communication network, the server performing management by correlating medium identification information that enables unique identification of an information recording medium with information related to number of allowable copying times of digital contents recorded on the information recording medium. The apparatus acquires the medium identification information of the inserted information recording medium, and acquires information related to the number of allowable copying times correlated with the acquired medium identification information, from the server, and acquires copy destination history information in a copying process, for recordation in a storage unit. When a user's request is received, the information related to the number of allowable copying times and the copy destination history information recorded in the storage unit is correlated with the medium identification information and outputted to and displayed on a display unit.

    摘要: For removing a photoresist formed on a semiconductor wafer by using an ozone-dissolved water, until just before a low temperature ozone-dissolved water generated by an ozone-dissolved water generator is discharged from a discharge nozzle onto a semiconductor wafer placed on a stage, the semiconductor wafer is heated to a predetermined temperature which is higher than ordinary temperatures. When the low temperature ozone-dissolved water having a high concentration of ozone is discharged onto the semiconductor wafer, the temperature of the ozone-dissolved water elevates upon the instant. Thus, the photoresist formed on the semiconductor wafer can be removed by a high temperature, high ozone concentration, ozone-dissolved water.

    摘要: A color correction device for correcting colors in a color image, comprising: standard point registration means for registering coordinates of a standard point on a color space for at least one color to be used as a standard for color correction; object point registration means for registering coordinates of an object point on the color space which corresponds to a standard point and which is a desired color after color correction; and coordinate conversion means for determining a mapping function based on the standard point and the object point, and for generating a corrected color image by using the mapping function to convert pre-correction points on the color space which are equivalent to a color of each pixel in an inputted pre-correction image. By means of the construction described above, all of the colors in a color space can be converted based on at least one pair of standard point and object point. As a result, precise color correction can be easily achieved.
