    摘要: A method for manufacturing a compound refractive lens for focusing X-rays in two dimensions. The method includes the following steps: 1) manufacturing a mother lens; 2) manufacturing a daughter lens; and 3) assembling the mother lens and the daughter lens. The assembly of the mother lens and the daughter lens includes: aligning square embedded lens bodies of the daughter lens with square holes of the mother lens, respectively, for allowing the first parabola-shaped holes on the mother lens and the second parabola-shaped holes on the daughter lens to form an orthogonal structure; and inserting and pressing the square embedded lens bodies into the corresponding square holes, respectively. The method of the invention has advantages of high-precision for manufacturing and calibration of optical axis, and meanwhile the compound refractive lens manufactured based the method has high X-rays focusing efficiency.

The mounting part is configured for fixing to a basic structure made of a material which is not able to be welded to the material of the mounting part. The mounting part further has a welding sleeve fixed in a through-bore of the mounting part. An outer end of the sleeve is arranged on the outer face and bears a radially protruding flange supported on the outer face of the mounting part. A shaft of the sleeve protruding from a flange lower face has a contour shape corresponding to the cross-sectional shape of the through-bore and a length which is at least as large as a thickness of the mounting part in the edge region of the hole of the through-bore. The shaft is retained in the through-bore by a form-locking connection.

The charge station may receive a first charge. The tool station may receive a first tool. The forming station may form a second charge against a second tool. The pick and place apparatus may retrieve the first charge from the charge station and the first tool from the tool station and transport both the first charge and the first tool to the forming station. The transfer unit may transport the second charge and the second tool from the forming station to the cooling station while at the same time transporting the third charge and the third tool from the cooling station to the tool station.

    摘要: A heavy-duty vehicle brake assembly with a sealing interface includes a brake shoe, which includes a shoe table mounted on a web and a brake lining mounted on the shoe table. The shoe table is coated with a zinc-rich coating to form the sealing interface between the brake lining and the shoe table. The sealing interface resists the formation of corrosion cells on the brake shoe table, which in turn reduces the build-up of significant rust between the brake shoe table and the brake shoe lining, thereby preventing cracking and potential dislodging of the lining, while also facilitating replacement of linings when they eventually wear. A method of constructing a heavy-duty vehicle brake assembly with a sealing interface is also provided.
