摘要: Any one of a plurality of to-be-grouped devices in a power supply system reports an initial bus voltage to a topology detection device; and reports a current bus voltage after delivering a bus voltage adjustment instruction to a target reference device. The bus voltage adjustment instruction instructs the target reference device to adjust a voltage. The target reference device receives the bus voltage adjustment instruction and adjusts the voltage according to the bus voltage adjustment instruction. The topology detection device obtains the initial bus voltage and the current bus voltage of the plurality of to-be-grouped devices, and determines, based on a difference between the initial bus voltage of the plurality of to-be-grouped devices and the current bus voltage of the plurality of to-be-grouped devices, whether the target reference device and a target to-be-grouped device are connected to a same bus.

摘要: A power system operation plan creation assistance device and method capable of maintaining or improving system stability or economy includes an optimization target snapshot power flow determination unit that uses one or more pieces of foundational information to determine an optimization target snapshot power flow. The foundational information includes a power generation plan, a total demand prediction, a sales plan, a renewable energy prediction, a work stoppage plan, system data, and a setting value. A system manipulation variable candidate extraction unit uses the one or more pieces of foundational information and the optimization target snapshot power flow to extract a candidate for a variable for a variable manipulating the system. An optimal system configuration calculation unit uses the one or more pieces of foundational information and the system manipulation variable candidate to calculate an optimal system configuration.

摘要: Provided are a grid fault detection method and a device. The grid includes at least one AC power source provided by a public grid. The AC power source is coupled to a plurality of parallel circuits, each including a plurality of parallel branches. The parallel branches are each connected with a load and/or a DC power source. The grid fault detection method having the distributed energy resource includes: selecting a first collection point between the AC power source and the plurality of parallel circuits, and collecting a current value and a current direction of the first collection point; comparing an output current and an input current of the first collection point, and upon the input current being greater than the output current, it is determined that the plurality of parallel circuits are faulty. Accordingly, the plurality of collection points check the fault, so as to trigger a protection device.

摘要: A technique for a control method and a control system in a substation is provided. The control system includes a substation feeder, an intelligent electronic device, IED, a merging unit, and BUS network connecting the IED and the merging unit. The control method includes providing measurement signals by the substation feeder to the merging unit, transmitting, by the merging unit, measurement data based on the measurement signals of the substation feeder to the IED via the BUS network, identifying, by the IED, a fault condition based on the measurement data, transmitting, by the IED, a conditional control command to the merging unit via the BUS network, determining, by the merging unit, whether the condition of the conditional control command is met, and if so initiating, by the merging unit, the control measure of the substation feeder circuit.
