Abstract:
A dual axis linear motion system utilizing one or more printed circuit boards embedded within a stage wherein the system components, including the controller, drive, and controller, may be mounted to a printed circuit board (PCB), and the electrical communications between the system components and the power to the system components are supplied through traces or etchings on the printed circuit board, thereby omitting the need for additional power and communication cables.

A rolling bearing includes an inner rim fixed to a rotating shaft, an outer rim spaced apart from the inner rim, a rolling member disposed between the inner rim and the outer rim, and an elastic mesh defining a plurality of through-holes and surrounding an outer circumferential surface of the outer rim.
Abstract:
A rolling-element bearing for an electromagnetic solenoid includes a hollow cylindrical cage with a plurality of spherical pockets formed around a first circumference and a second circumference of the cage. The pockets around the first circumference are offset from the pockets around the second circumference. Spherical rolling elements are provided in the spherical pockets and are captured for free rotation in the first pockets and second pockets.
Abstract:
An actuator in a HVAC system includes a drive device and a motor coupled to the drive device. The drive device is configured to attach to a movable HVAC component and to drive the movable HVAC component between multiple positions. The motor includes a shell defining an outer perimeter of the motor, a rotor shaft contained within the shell and configured to rotate when an electric current is applied to the motor, a drive shaft extending through the shell and coupled to the drive device, and a one-way clutch contained within the shell and rotatably coupling the rotor shaft to the drive shaft.
Abstract:
A double-insulated motor and pinion device including a motor, motor-fixing seat, pinion, pinion sleeve and double insulation sleeve. The motor and motor-fixing seat are connected together to form a motor assembly. The pinion is mounted on a motor shaft. The pinion sleeve is mounted under the pinion, and the double insulation sleeve is connected under the pinion sleeve. The pinion, pinion sleeve, and double insulation sleeve are mounted together to form a pinion assembly. The pinion assembly is mounted on the motor assembly. It can solve the requirement of basic insulation and reinforced insulation of a series of high voltage direct current products by adding two insulation parts, while reducing space and lowering cost.
Abstract:
An electric motor includes a rotor having a rotary shaft, a pair of ball bearings for supporting the rotary shaft, and two brackets having bearing housings for holding the ball bearings. The motor further includes a washer between one of the ball bearings and an end wall of one of the bearing housings. The washer includes a plurality of claws. The washer is configured including a ring-shaped yoke and the claws the center parts of which are fastened to the yoke. These claws are configured to be bent in a U-shape, and the center part of the U-shape is fastened to the yoke.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (10) for mounting a shaft (1; 26) in a housing (100), having a bearing (5; 5b; 5c) which is connected to the shaft (1; 26) and which is arranged at least indirectly in the housing (100) by means of a positive or non-positive fit, wherein the bearing (5; 5b; 5c) is held in a separate holding body (11; 11a to 11c). It is provided according to the invention that the holding body (11; 11 a to 11c) is held so as to be fixed to the housing (100) in at least one direction by means of a positive and/or non-positive fit, and that the holding body (11; 11a to 11c) is connected directly to components of an electric motor (25).
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a bearing arrangement having a first and a second support structure for supporting a rotating member, a first rolling bearing supporting the first support structure in relation to the second support structure at a first support location, a second rolling bearing supporting the first support structure in relation to the second support structure at a second support location. The first and second rolling bearings are arranged in a coaxial configuration in relation to each other. Furthermore, the first rolling bearing forms a radially outer bearing, and the second rolling bearing is arranged radially inside the first rolling bearing by a bearing radial distance, and the first support location and second support location are axially aligned. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a bearing arrangement.
Abstract:
A linear actuator including an electric motor having a stator and a rotor, in addition to a screw drive having a spindle and a nut which is guided by the rolling element on the spindle and which is coupled to the rotor. The nut is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner on a housing component by a planetary roller bearing.
Abstract:
A device for reversing the direction of rotation and/or for adjusting the carbon brushes for a reversible electric motor, in particular for an electric hand tool, with a base and with a mount, which is mounted pivotably on the base and on which brushholders for the carbon brushes wiping over the collector of the electric motor are arranged. The electric motor can be driven by means of power electronics, such as a pulse width controller, a phase gating controller, a phase chopping controller or the like. The power electronics are arranged on the base and/or on the mount. The device furthermore has fixed contacts and switching contacts, which interact with alternate contact-making for reversing the direction of rotation of the electric motor as the mount is pivoted.
