摘要: The present application discloses an electric connection assembly having a support and a connector, wherein the support comprises a support body; the support body is provided with a mounting groove; the connector is configured to be in contact electrical connection with a mating connector; the connector comprises a mounting part; part or all of the mounting part is detachably received within the mounting groove; the support and the connector are formed separately and connected to each other. Compared with the prior art, the electric connection assembly of the present disclosure implements the function of supporting, holding and assembling integrally the corresponding connectors by means of the support provided with a mounting groove. Correspondingly, the entire structure of the electric connection assembly is simplified and convenient to be assembled.

摘要: A first secondary battery cell and a second secondary battery cell each having a cylindrical shape and connected in series and/or in parallel with each other are aligned and housed in such postures that side surfaces of the cylindrical shapes face each other. A battery pack includes: a longitudinal partition plate disposed at an interface between the first secondary battery cell and the second secondary battery cell housed in an internal space of a housing case; a lead plate that crosses the longitudinal partition plate; and a lateral partition plate that covers the end surfaces of the first secondary battery cell and the second secondary battery cell. The lateral partition plate and the lead plate pass through a longitudinal side slit in a state of overlap between the lateral partition plate and the lead plate.

摘要: A battery module includes cylindrical battery cells, a module housing, and a bus bar. The bus bar includes a main body portion that is positioned at a top or a bottom of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells and has a plate shape having upper and lower surfaces that are broader than a lateral surface of the main body portion in a horizontal direction; and a contact portion that is configured to electrically contact and be connected to an electrode terminal formed in one of the plurality of cylindrical battery cells, extends and protrudes from the main body portion in a horizontal direction, is stepped from the main body portion in a direction toward where the electrode terminal is positioned, and includes a branched structure bifurcated in two directions with respect to a direction in which the contact portion extends and protrudes from the main body portion.

Each energy unit is provided with a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The electric energy storage device comprises a socket with eight independently arranged electrode terminals that are connected with the four energy units. The disclosure also provides an electric tool system using the electric energy storage device. The electric tool is provided with plugs that may be connected with the four energy units in different states, allowing the electric energy storage device to output multiple voltages.

摘要: A battery module includes a plurality of secondary batteries, each including an electrode assembly and an electrolyte accommodated in an inner space of an exterior case. The battery module also includes an electrode lead having a body and a plate-shaped head portion. A first end of the body is electrically connected to a positive electrode plate or a negative electrode plate of the electrode assembly, and a second end of the body protrudes outward from the exterior case. The plate-shaped head extends in both directions perpendicular to the protruding direction of the body from the second end. The battery module also includes a bus bar having a plate shape with a slit extending inwardly from one end thereof so as to receive a portion of the body. The electrode lead and the bus bar may be at least partially made of an electrically conductive material.

摘要: A storage battery module includes battery cells, a first member and a second member opposing the first member across a substrate. The first member closes the space between adjacent terminals, and covers an open surface of a housing in a state where the terminals of the battery cells are exposed. The first member is formed of a material having a thermal resistance greater than or equal to a first threshold. The substrate opposing the battery cells across the first member has holes through which the terminals are inserted and a conductor formed therein so as to electrically connect the terminals. The second member opposing the first member across the substrate surrounds the terminals projecting from the holes and covers the substrate with the terminals exposed from the holes. The second member is formed of a material having a thermal resistance greater than or equal to a second threshold.

摘要: A battery module is provided. The battery module includes: first and second bus bars arranged adjacent to each other to electrically connect battery packs adjacent to each other; and a bus bar cover covering and insulating the first and second bus bars from the outside thereof and insulating the first and second bus bars from each other, wherein the bus bar cover includes a hollow portion exposing a coupling hole of the first and second bus bars. Accordingly, sufficient insulation may be secured for the bus bars electrically connecting different battery packs, malfunction and safety accidents caused by the short circuit of the bus bars through which high-voltage charge/discharge currents flow may be prevented, and the insulation structure of the bus bars may be simplified by accommodating different adjacent bus bars together.
