摘要: System and method for monitoring system parameters from multiple independent controllers that monitor and control an injection process. In one embodiment the method includes steps of: establishing a common graphical user interface (common GUI) for viewing system parameters of a tool based injection molding system (IMS), the IMS including a plurality of different local controllers that control different tool based system functions of the IMS and one common graphical user interface (local GUI) with GUI routines specific to the local controllers for set up and monitoring of the respective tool based system function of the respective local controllers; providing set up parameters, to each of the local controllers, for establishing the injection molding processes receiving, from each of the local controllers, data indicating a local state of the respective tool based system function; propagating to the common GUI one or more common views of the set up parameters and received local states of the various tool based system functions, the common views comprising a common set of graphical routines for set up and monitoring of the tool based system functions of the IMS and for providing input to one or more of the local controllers.

摘要: An injection molding method for a molded item uses a polyether ether ketone (PEEK) material, wherein a filling peak pressure is 40 MPa to 150 MPa. The PEEK material may be injected to form the molded item from a runner member through a multipoint gate and then optionally a subrunner. The runner member and the subrunner may be connected to each other by a film gate. A stretching processing may be applied after the PEEK material is injected to increase a length 1.2 to 5 fold and increase a diameter to 0.2 mm to 1.0 mm. The stretching processing may use an in-mold stretching method.

摘要: An injection molding apparatus and method of fabricating a molded part are provided. The apparatus may include a barrel, a nozzle enclosing an end of the barrel and defining an opening in fluid communication with an inside of the barrel, and an extrusion screw positioned at least partially inside the barrel and rotatable relative to the barrel. The extrusion screw may include a screw tip. Relative axial movement between the barrel and the extrusion screw may open or close the opening of the nozzle to permit or prevent, respectively, material flow through the opening of the nozzle. The method may include clamping a mold, opening a nozzle, rotating the extrusion screw to pump a molten material into the mold until the mold is filled, closing the nozzle, and unclamping the mold to release a molded part.

The computer forms a particle disappearance surface representing a boundary to eliminate particles depending on the particle generation surface. The computer performs a particle simulation, in which the particles of fluid filled in a vessel are flowed out from the inflow port. The computer periodically generates the particles from the particle generation surface. The computer eliminates a particle crossing out of the particle disappearance surface.
