    摘要: The present invention relates to a manufacture procedure of vehicle sunshade curtain including:A. Two PET (polyethylene terephthalate) sheets in different thickness are used;B. Both sides of the interior and exterior films are electroplated;C. The interior and exterior films are glued together by a melted PE material constituting an inceptive sunshade curtain;D. The inceptive sunshade curtain is folded in two by facing the interior film inside and then curled up from the folding end; andE. The curled inceptive sunshade curtain is heated 40 minutes at about 110.degree. C. to shrink the interior and exterior films. After quick cooling down, the inceptive sunshade curtain is set to a curled finished sunshade curtain.The present invention is to simplify the vehicle sunshade curtain manufacture procedure, lower the manufacture cost, increase the production speed and enhance the sunlight reflecting feature.

    摘要: The electric isolator (1) is manufactured from a support (2) made of laminated material and a continuous band made of elastomeric material (3) wound in several contiguous successive turns around the support on an outer face (20) thereof so as to make an isolating coating in the form of a plurality of annular flanges (16, 17, 18). The continuous band is profiled so as to have, in section, a basis used as a contact surface with the support outer surface, an upper face provided with at least one flange extending transversally to the basis, a first and a second side surfaces which continue the basis by forming a certain angle therewith. The first side surface of the band is brought directly in superposing contact with the second side surface of the band during the winding of the band in turns and while leaving the elastomeric material raw at the level of the first and second side surfaces and a pressure is applied towards the support on at least a portion of the upper face of the band along a slot (10) created between the first and second side surfaces so as to assemble the two surfaces. Thus, the outer surface of the elastomeric coating has no joint between the annular flanges (16, 17, 18).

The sheeter includes a fixed roller, adjustable roller, and a scraper for each roller, where the gap between the rollers is adjustable. The dough from the sheeter is directed to a conveyor belt that moves the dough to the former, a reticulated surface, such as a chain link screen, flexible in the direction of belt movement, that forms the dough into a roll. The belt directs the rolled dough from the former to the compressor that compresses the rolled dough into a cylindrical shape. The cleaning tray is located between the upper and lower legs of the belt, accumulating bits of flour and dough. The tray is removable for emptying.

    摘要: A containment structure for radially deployable devices in the form of a self-coiling composite band. The composite band is fabricated as a lay up of epoxy resin-impregnated ply layers of cloth material that are wrapped about a mandrel and cured in a specific ordered sequence. The ordered sequence of fabrication steps of applying and curing the resin-impregnated cloth layers to the mandrel provides a desired separation of the cured ply layers of the final composite so that they are located at the outer most regions of the composite and are separated by an intermediate resin layer of desired thickness. This ensures a composite band which is effective to function as a negator-spring or composite clock spring and which also exhibits a good combination of mechanical properties, such as elastic modulus, strength, and resilience. In use, the self-coiling composite band is applied about the periphery of a central hub of a radially deployable device by wrapping it therearound in a reverse curl orientation. A latch, preferably formed of composite material, is provided to the free ends of the composite band to secure the band in its reversed wrapped containment position about the radially deployable device.

    摘要: Method and apparatus adapted for use on a conveyor line to form a rolled tab in the tail end portion of a roll of plastic film wound on a core. The tail end portion initially extends around the surface of the roll to which the tail end portion adheres and terminates at a tail edge. The apparatus includes a bucket which is connected to the conveyor line for movement thereon and has a floor and wall extending therefrom. The floor of the bucket has a tractional surface supporting the roll and the wall has a substantially frictionless surface pushing the roll in the direction of the conveyor line. The apparatus further includes a drive, extending in stationary position substantially parallel to the conveyor line and having a resilient tractional surface being compressed into rotational contact with the roll, for rotating the roll. The drive rotates the roll to rub the surface of the roll against the tractional surface of the floor which separates the tail end portion from the surface of the roll and rolls the tail edge back on the tail end portion to form a rolled tab containing the tail edge.

    摘要: Apparatus comprising stretching means for stretching a strip of thermoplastic resin film at least longitudinally thereof, first guide means disposed to the rear of the stretching means and comprising a pair of rotatable members for nipping the stretched film strip on its front and rear surfaces widthwise thereof, second guide means disposed to the rear of the first guide means and located at a position deviated from the direction of straight advance of the film strip toward one side, and takeup means disposed to the rear of the second guide means. When the stretched film sent out from the first guide means passes through the second guide means, the second guide means restrains one side edge of the film strip. The opposite side edges of the stretched film strip are progressively gathered together toward the direction of advance of the film strip while the film strip advances from the first guide means to the second guide means. The restrained one side edge of the film strip is thereby rolled up helically, permitting the other side edge thereof to be helically rolled around the resulting rolled portion, whereby an untwisted string having a spiral cross section is obtained. The apparatus may further include heat-setting means and heating means. The heat-setting means is incorporated into the second guide means or disposed to the rear of the second guide means to heat-set the outer peripheral portion of the rolled string without heat-setting its interior. The heating means is provided to the front of the second guide means to heat-set only one edge of the helically rolled strip on the outer surface of the string.
