    摘要: The invention relates to an LED housing and its fabrication method. In the LED housing, a heat conducting part has a chip mounting area, a heat connecting area opposed to the chip mounting area and a groove formed adjacent to the heat connecting area. An electrical connecting part has a wiring area placed adjacent to the chip mounting area and an external power connecting area led to the wiring area. A housing body is made of molding resin, and integrally holds the heat conducting part and the electrical connecting part while isolating the electrical connecting part from the heat conducting part. The housing body is provided with a recess extended from a portion of the groove of the heat conducting part to a side of the housing body. In this fashion, the invention can overcome restricted application problems by isolating the electrical connecting parts from the heat conducting part.

    摘要: A method for making phosphor ink is provided which uses ultrasonic vibrations to remove surface defect layers from phosphor particles and to quickly and uniformly disperse the phosphor particles throughout a slurry. Propagation of low frequency vibration through the slurry generates cavitation, causing distortion and then removal of the surface defect layer, and propagation of high frequency vibration through the slurry causes the particles to be dispersed quickly and uniformly throughout the slurry. In this manner, a quantity of light generated in the phosphor and corresponding luminance of a PDP is increased.

    摘要: The Present Disclosure relates to a poke-in connector configured so that a wire can be contacted at the same time it is locked to a terminal, solely by the action of pushing the wire into the terminal. More specifically, it relates to a poke-in connector that facilitates locking and unlocking of a wire. The poke-in connector of the Present Disclosure comprises a terminal where a wire is inserted and locked while making contact, and a housing that covers the terminal and is formed as one piece with a locking release lever that releases the wire from the locked state. The locking release lever comprises a flexible extension part that has elasticity and extends from the housing, and a pressing part that is formed on the terminus of the flexible extension part and enables the removal of the wire by spreading the locking part of the terminal to either side when pressed.
