Abstract: A vertical cable manager includes a base frame and a door. The base frame has upper and lower support legs and upper and lower crossbars between the support legs. The door has retractable hinge pins at corners of the door. The crossbars have hinge rod receptacles to receive respective hinge pins and elastic latch members having a flexible arm and a catch portion. The catch portions secure the hinge pins in the hinge rod receptacles with the door closed and are deflectable through elastic deformation of the flexible arm to allow travel of the hinge pins through the hinge rod receptacles and past the catch portions when the door is moved from an open to a closed position.

Abstract: Various implementations of communications connectors are disclosed. In some implementations, a communications connector, such as a communications plug, may include a plug body and a termination sled positioned at least partially in the plug body. The termination sled may include a printed circuit board (PCB) having a front section, a rear section, and a connecting section connecting the front section and the rear section. In some implementations, a communications cord may include a communications plug having a conductive shell and PCB assembly. The PCB assembly may include a PCB, front and rear load bars, and a shielded divider.

Abstract: A terminal block marker designed to identify a terminal block. The terminal block marker includes a rigid base and a flexible film insert. The rigid base includes a top with a first arm having a first inwardly extending projection and a second arm having a second inwardly extending projection. The rigid base also includes a bottom with legs extending in a direction opposite the arms to hold the terminal block marker in the terminal block. A flexible film insert with identification markings is installed on the rigid base. The flexible film insert is positioned under a first projection of the first arm and rotated downward until the flexible film insert snaps under the second projection of the second arm. The first and second projections retain the flexible film insert on the rigid base to form the terminal block marker.

Abstract: A cassette assembly which holds at least two electrical plugs which typically are connected to digital signal carrying cables. In one example, six of these plugs are positioned within a cassette, and are arranged in two rows of three plugs each for ease in connecting the plugs simultaneously to similarly arranged switch port jacks. A lever pivotally connected to the housing, when rotated, causes the release latch of the plugs held within the cassette to move from a locked to an unlocked position to simultaneously remove all of the plugs from the jacks to which they are connected.

Abstract: A cable mounting system that allows thermal expansion and contraction of cables. The cable mounting system includes straight ladder rack segments and widened ladder rack segments positioned adjacent the straight ladder rack segments. Cable bracket assemblies are mounted to the straight ladder rack segments and saddle bracket assemblies are mounted to the widened ladder rack segments. The cable bracket assemblies secure cables to the ladder rungs of the straight ladder rack segments and allow axial movement of the cables. The saddle bracket assemblies secure the cables on the ladder rungs of the widened ladder rack segments and allow axial and lateral movement of the cables.

Abstract: A safety termination apparatus for connecting to a power conductor has first and second galvanic connections, a sensor wire, and an insulating housing. The first and second galvanic connections are connected to an uninsulated portion of the power conductor and a sensor wire is electrically connected to each galvanic connection. The insulating housing encloses the galvanic connections and has first and second compartments for enclosing the first and second galvanic connections. The first and second compartments separate the first and second galvanic connections such that the first and second galvanic connections are not electrically connected to each other than through a mutual connection to the power conductor.

Abstract: An aisle containment system installed around a pre-existing building column in a data center. The aisle containment system includes a frame defined by wall beams, header frames, and a plurality of posts. A plurality of cabinets are positioned within the frame. Mid-span posts are positioned adjacent building columns located within the frame. The mid-span posts support the wall beams on one side of the frame. A containment column adapter is secured to one of the wall beams and one of the mid-span posts. The containment column adapter seals the gaps between the building column and the wall beam within the frame of the aisle containment system.
