摘要: The present invention provides an ultrasonic flow meter unit which can eliminate design factors associated with measuring performance, and improve general versatility and diversity. An ultrasonic flow meter unit of the present invention comprises a measurement fluid passage through which a fluid flows; a pair of ultrasonic transducers provided on the measurement fluid passage; and a measuring circuit board which measures a propagation time of an ultrasonic signal transmitted and received between the ultrasonic transducers, and calculates a fluid flow, lead pins bent with a predetermined angle are connected to terminals of the ultrasonic transducers, and the measuring circuit board is on-board mounted to the measurement fluid passage, and then the lead pins are connected to the measuring circuit board.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for controlling a vehicle system including a selectively shut-down engine, a torque converter and a torque converter lock-up clutch. One example method comprises, during an idle-stop engine shut-down, restricting flow of transmission fluid out of the torque converter, and adjusting engagement of the torque converter lock-up clutch to adjust a drag torque on the engine to stop the engine.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for pressurizing a hydraulic circuit comprising a hydraulically actuated transmission component and an accumulator. One example method comprises, during an engine idle-stop, adjusting actuation of the hydraulically actuated transmission component over a duration. The method further comprises, during the duration, isolating the accumulator from the hydraulically actuated transmission component when a pressure in the hydraulic circuit is above a threshold, and coupling the accumulator into the hydraulic circuit when the pressure is below the threshold.

摘要: A gear ratio shift control and control method controls gear ratio upshifts in a multiple-ratio transmission for an automotive vehicle. Pressure actuated friction elements establish torque flow paths in transmission gearing as they are selectively engaged and released. A net torque reduction at a transmission torque output shaft during an upshift event is reduced by increasing transmission input torque prior to the start of the inertia phase of the upshift event.

摘要: Provided is a technology of carrying out activation annealing of n type impurity ions implanted for the formation of a field stop layer (n+ type semiconductor region) and activation annealing of p type impurity ions implanted for the formation of a collector region (p+ type semiconductor region) in separate steps to adjust an activation ratio of the n type impurity ions in the field stop layer to 60% or greater and an activation ratio of the p type impurity ions in the collector region to from 1 to 15%. This makes it possible to form an IGBT having a high breakdown voltage and high-speed switching characteristics. Moreover, use of a film stack made of nickel silicide, titanium, nickel and gold films for a collector electrode makes it possible to provide an ohmic contact with the collector region.

摘要: A valve-actuator for a hydraulic valve includes a valve chamber, ports spaced mutually and opening into the chamber, a spool axially located in the chamber for opening and closing hydraulic connections between at least two of the ports as the spool moves axially in the chamber. An actuator includes a housing having mutually spaced surfaces, and a piezoelectric element located in the housing between the surfaces, the element expanding and contracting in response to an electric signal applied to the element. A temperature compensation and motion damping circuit comprising feedback resistors and a thermistor. The spool moves axially in the chamber in response to expansion and contraction of the element.

摘要: For the purpose of solving the above problems, the present invention includes: transmission/reception means provided in a flow path for performing transmission/reception using a state change of fluid; repetition means for repeating the transmission/reception; time measurement means for measuring a time of propagation repeated by the repetition means; flow rate detection means for detecting a flow rate based on a value of the time measurement means; and number-of-times change means for changing to a predetermined number of repetition times. With such a structure, an influence caused by a variation of a flow can be suppressed by changing the number of repetition times so as to be suitable for a variation. As a result, reliable flow rate measurement with a high accuracy can be achieved.
