Disclosed are measurement method and device, information interchange method and device and residence method and device. The measurement method includes configuring measurement configuration information about a UE and sending same, the measurement configuration information including a measurement report trigger condition for a reference cell, so that the UE reports a measurement result when satisfying the measurement report trigger condition. The information interchange method includes interchanging discontinuous data transmission parameter configuration information with a fourth base station, so that a base station side executes scheduling and/or mobility management on a user equipment. The residence method includes sending indication information to a UE, the indication information being used for indicating whether the UE can reside in this cell or not, an object of the UE that can be resident, an object of the UE that cannot be resident, and at least one of the size and type of the cell.

The present invention discloses a method for reporting a measurement report of a measurement event, including: determining that a measurement event is generated in a user equipment UE in an activated state of discontinuous reception DRX mode; judging whether a first time to trigger corresponding to the measurement event is valid when it is determined that there is a measurement event generated; using, when it is judged that the first time to trigger is valid, the first time to trigger to time the measurement event; using, when it is judged that the first time to trigger is invalid, a second time to trigger to time the measurement event, such that the UE is in next one or next several activated states of DRX mode after the generation of the measurement event. The present invention can improve a success rate of mobility handover between cells or wireless link quality.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a content publishing method and a user equipment. The content publishing method includes: obtaining, by a first user equipment supporting a device to device (D2D) function, a resource for broadcasting information of the first user equipment; and broadcasting, by the first user equipment, the information of the first user equipment on the obtained resource, so that a second user equipment obtains and sends the information of the first user equipment to a network-side device to set up a connection with the first user equipment, where the second user equipment supports the D2D function and is matched with the first user equipment.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a cell discovery method and apparatus, where the method includes: determining, by a second network node, modified timing of the second network node according to acquired timing modification information; receiving, by the second network node, uplink resource information of user equipment sent by a first network node; performing, by the second network node, detection on an uplink signal of the user equipment by using the modified timing and according to the uplink resource information; and when detecting proximity of the user equipment, sending, by the second network node, proximity information to the first network node. The cell discovery method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present invention prevent from triggering UE to perform unnecessary cell measurement or handover, thereby reducing network signaling load and lowering power consumption of the UE.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink transmission method, a base station and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving uplink split information sent by a first base station, wherein the uplink split information is used for instructing a second base station to receive data in buffers corresponding to N1 logic channel groups of a user equipment, the N1 logic channel groups are determined by the first base station from a BSR sent by the UE, and N1 is a positive integer larger than 0; determining N2 logic channel groups from the N1 logic channel groups, wherein N2 is a non-negative integer smaller than or equal to N1; and sending feedback information to the first base station, wherein the feedback information is used for indicating the determined result. In an embodiment of the present invention, a flexibility of the uplink transmission is improved.

A measurement method, a cell measurement method, an apparatus, and a communications node are disclosed. A first communications node sends measurement information to a second communications node, where the measurement information includes measurement signal configuration information and/or configuration information of a measurement signal combination, the two pieces of configuration information are respectively used by the second communications node to determine a resource of a measurement signal corresponding to the measurement signal configuration information and a resource of a measurement signal corresponding to the configuration information of the measurement signal combination; and the first communications node receives a measurement report sent by the second communications node, where the measurement report carries a measurement result of measurement performed by the second communications node according to the measurement information. The examples of the present invention implement measurement on a radio link after introduction of a non-backward-compatible cell or carrier.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, a device, and a system for selecting a relay type. A relay node selects a Un interface frequency band with an optimal signal according to frequency bands supported on a Un interface. The relay node determines a relay type according to the selected Un interface frequency band and a configured Uu interface frequency band and sends indication information to a DeNB. The indication information includes the selected Un interface frequency band and the relay type.

The present invention provides a connection establishment method and a user equipment. The connection establishment method includes: acquiring, by a second user equipment supporting a device to device (D2D) function, first user equipment information of a first user equipment supporting the D2D function; and initiating, by the second user equipment, a connection establishment process with a network-side device after the second user equipment determines that a connection with the first user equipment is established according to the first user equipment information, and sending the first user equipment information to the network-side device in the connection establishment process, so that a connection is established between the network-side device and the first user equipment. The present invention can realize establishment of a DPS bearer between the user equipments supporting the D2D function, realize communication between the user equipments supporting the D2D function and further realize resource controllability of a network.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a measurement method based on channel state information-reference signal CSI-RS resources, a base station, a user equipment UE, and a method for inter-cell CSI-RS resource sharing. The measurement method includes: sending, by a first base station, information of at least one CSI-RS configuration set to a user equipment UE; receiving, by the first base station, a result of measurement performed by the UE on a subset or a full set of measurement resources corresponding to the CSI-RS configuration set, wherein the CSI-RS configuration set includes at least two CSI-RS configurations. The technical solution for measurement provided in the embodiments of the present invention implements CSI-RS measurement over multiple CSI-RS configurations, thereby overcoming the problem that REs of a CSI-RS are sparse, and improving the measurement precision of a UE.

A method includes: determining, by a communications device, information about a target beam; determining a target monitoring occasion based on the information about the target beam and a mapping relationship between information about a beam and a monitoring occasion, where the target monitoring occasion is in a system information window, and the system information window is used for OSI; and monitoring downlink control information in the target monitoring occasion. This application is applicable to a process of information transmission between a network device and the communications device.
