    摘要: An ultrasonic motor piezoelectric actuator element uses a primary longitudinal mode and a secondary bending mode and includes a stacked piezoelectric element in which piezoelectric layers and electrode layers are stacked alternately in such a manner that the electrode layers divide the piezoelectric layers into two approximately equal portions. A piezoelectric inactive region is formed from the surface portion to the center portion in the thickness direction of the stacked piezoelectric element. The migration resistance of the piezoelectric actuator element is improved while suppressing a decrease in displacement so that a short circuit can be prevented and portions generating heat during alternating polarization can be dispersed, whereby reliability is increased. Moreover, the amount of electrode material used can be reduced, whereby cost can be reduced.

    摘要: Disclosed is a piezoelectric/electrostrictive membrane type sensor 20 provided with a ceramic base body 1 and a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element 12. The ceramic base body is provided with a thin diaphragm portion 3, a thick portion 2 and a cavity 10 formed by the portions. The piezoelectric/electrostrictive element is arranged on the ceramic base body 1 and includes a piezoelectric/electrostrictive body 5, and an upper electrode 6 and a lower electrode 4 sandwiching the piezoelectric/electrostrictive body 5. In the piezoelectric/electrostrictive membrane type sensor 20, the piezoelectric/electrostrictive body 5 contains an alkaline metal or an alkaline earth metal, and the upper electrode 6 and the lower electrode 4 contain gold or platinum. When there is a change in the atmosphere at a place where the sensor is used, the sensor copes with such change and at least prevents continuation of low-quality measurement.

    摘要: A polyester stretch film having good tear property and good twistability, which is useful as a packaging film or a film for tape, as well as for stick packaging, PTP packaging, drug bag, folding packaging, and lid material is provided without losing heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture-proof properties, transparency, aroma retention and the like. This polyester resin film is produced by a method that includes mixing not less than two kinds of polyester resin starting materials having different melting points and extruding the mixture. The respective starting materials are cast in different extruders, melted, supplied to one mixer in a molten state, mixed and extruded to give a sheet, and the sheet is stretched at least in the monoaxial direction and heat-treated at a temperature of not lower than 3° C. lower than the melting point of the resin starting material having the lowest melting point.

    摘要: An arrangement is made in a transformer such that voltages induced on the opposite sides of a mid-point 17 of a secondary winding 16 are unbalanced by an amount on the order of 5%. When a ground terminal 18 is not grounded while a mid-point of a load is grounded, a voltage VUE is developed between the mid-point 17 and a non-active line terminal 15 and is rectified to provide a rectified output which turns a transistor 28 on, causing a light emitting element 33L to emit light. The resulting light renders a light receiving element 33P conductive, whereby a relay 37 is operated to turn a switch 13 off. When a ground fault occurs on one side of the secondary winding 16 while the ground terminal 16 is not grounded, a ground fault detection circuit 38 fails to detect the ground fault, but the non-grounding protection circuit 30 detects the ground fault and turns the switch 13 off.
