A polyester stretch film having good tear property and good twistability, which is useful as a packaging film or a film for tape, as well as for stick packaging, PTP packaging, drug bag, folding packaging, and lid material is provided without losing heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture-proof properties, transparency, aroma retention and the like. This polyester resin film is produced by a method that includes mixing not less than two kinds of polyester resin starting materials having different melting points and extruding the mixture. The respective starting materials are cast in different extruders, melted, supplied to one mixer in a molten state, mixed and extruded to give a sheet, and the sheet is stretched at least in the monoaxial direction and heat-treated at a temperature of not lower than 3° C. lower than the melting point of the resin starting material having the lowest melting point.

Provided are oriented films comprising linear low density polyethylene polymer and having improved balance of properties including improved machine direction tear strength. The oriented polymer film has at least one layer comprising 50 to 100 wt. % of an ethylene-based polymer. The MDO polymer film has a normalized MD Elmendorf Tear (ASTM D-1922) of at least 40 g/μm. In certain embodiments, the MDO polymer film surprisingly does not tear when MD Elmendorf Tear is measured according to ASTM D-1922.

Extruded propylene-based resin foam according to the present invention is formed by extrusion-foaming a propylene-based resin, and the extruded propylene-based resin foam has a closed cell content of less than 40% and an expansion ratio of 10 or more. Since the extruded propylene-based resin foam has an open-cell structure in which a cell-broken state is formed at a desired level and has a high expansion ratio, each cell in the foam has a sound absorption performance, such that the extruded foam is excellent in sound absorption performance.
