    摘要: Nonwoven fabrics of a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/m2 prepared from endless filaments of 0.5 to 3.5 den of fineness by spun-melt technology primarily for producing hygienic products. It consists of endless polyolefin filaments of a volume mass in the range from 40 to 80 g/m3, its basis weight is in the range from 10 to 30 g/m2 and its thickness is in the range from 0.15 to 0.80 mm, being thermally bonded on a part of its surface in the range from 10 to 16% of its total surface area. The method for producing the nonwoven fabrics where a basic system of endless filaments of 0.5 to 3.5 den of fineness is created by spun-melt technology, which is stochastically deposited on a moving belt, of a basis weight of 10 to 30 g/m2 and then it passes through a calendering system consisting of a smooth roller and an embossed roller.

    摘要: A polyester stretch film having good tear property and good twistability, which is useful as a packaging film or a film for tape, as well as for stick packaging, PTP packaging, drug bag, folding packaging, and lid material is provided without losing heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture-proof properties, transparency, aroma retention and the like. This polyester resin film is produced by a method that includes mixing not less than two kinds of polyester resin starting materials having different melting points and extruding the mixture. The respective starting materials are cast in different extruders, melted, supplied to one mixer in a molten state, mixed and extruded to give a sheet, and the sheet is stretched at least in the monoaxial direction and heat-treated at a temperature of not lower than 3° C. lower than the melting point of the resin starting material having the lowest melting point.

    摘要: The present invention relates to an electrospinning device for manufacturing a nanofiber, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrospinning device for manufacturing a nanofiber, wherein a substrate is transferred while a nanofiber web is stacked and formed on a side surface of the substrate through electrospinning of a polymer spinning solution, and the substrate is rotated during transfer such that the nanofiber web is stacked and formed on the other side surface; accordingly, the nanofiber web can be stacked and formed on both surfaces of the substrate through a single manufacturing process; a drying process is performed simultaneously during rotation of the substrate such that, at the same time the nanofiber web is stacked on both surfaces of the substrate, the substrate is dried through a single manufacturing process, thereby removing any solvent remaining on the nanofiber web; and, as electrospinning devices, electro-blown electrospinning devices and electro-spinning electrospinning devices are installed alternately, such that electro-spinning electrospinning and electro-blown electrospinning can be performed alternately with regard to a transferred substrate.
