    摘要: The wireless power transmission system of this invention transmits power over a resonant magnetic field. The system includes a power-transmitting resonator 105 and a power-receiving resonator 107, at least one of which is a series resonant circuit with an inductor including spiral wiring 201 and extended wires 213, 207a, 207b and 207c. The extended wire 213 connects a point 203 of the spiral wiring 201 to a power supplying structure, while the extended wires 207a, 207b and 207c connect other points of the spiral wiring 201 to the power supplying structure. Capacitors 209a, 209b and 209c and switches 211a, 211b and 211c are connected to the extended wires 207a, 207b and 207c, respectively. The series resonant circuit has its inductance varied according to which current path has been chosen by selectively turning ON one of the switches. A wiring portion 201a of the spiral wiring 201 has a low-resistance portion 2010, of which the wiring resistance per unit length at a resonant frequency is set to be lower than in at least a part of the rest of the spiral wiring.

    摘要: An electromagnetic wave filter apparatus includes: a shield conductor; a shield aperture provided in the shield conductor; a plurality of strip conductors, each of which is connected to the shield conductor at both ends thereof, and which divide the shield conductor into a plurality of apertures; and a plurality of stub conductors provided at intervals on each of the strip conductors. Each of the stub conductors prevents a current with a predetermined frequency from flowing through a corresponding strip conductor due to an electromagnetic wave with the predetermined frequency passing through the electromagnetic wave filter apparatus. Thus, the electromagnetic wave filter apparatus passes the electromagnetic wave with the predetermined frequency without exerting a substantial influence on radiation of the electromagnetic wave with the predetermined frequency.

    摘要: Nonvolatile semiconductor memory device of an embodiment includes: a memory cell array including a plurality of first and second lines intersecting each other and plural memory cells provided at intersections of the first and second lines and having data written and erased upon application of voltages of the same polarity; and a writing circuit configured to select first and second lines and supply a set or reset pulse to the memory cell through the selected first and second lines. In an erase operation, the writing circuit repeatedly supplies the reset pulse to a selected memory cell until data is erased, by increasing or decreasing voltage level and voltage application time of the reset pulse within a reset region. The reset region, or an aggregate of combinations of voltage level and voltage application time of the reset pulse, is a region where voltage level and voltage application time are negatively correlated.

    摘要: An electric machine and a power supply system, in which a battery pack can be easily and safely replaced with another, and electric power can be transferred with high transfer efficiency. An electric machine of the present invention includes a driving electric motor, a battery pack for supplying electric power to the driving electric motor, and an energy transfer section for transferring electric energy output from the battery pack to the driving electric motor. The battery pack includes a first antenna for receiving electric power from a power supply source located outside the electric machine by coupling with a first resonant magnetic field generated by the power supply source, at least one secondary battery charged by the electric power received by the first antenna, an oscillator for producing radio-frequency power by DC power discharged from the secondary battery, and a second antenna for generating a second resonant magnetic field by the radio-frequency power. The energy transfer section includes a third antenna that couples with the second resonant magnetic field generated by the second antenna, and transfers the radio-frequency power received by the third antenna to the driving electric motor.

    摘要: Disclosed is a cyanide-free copper-zinc alloy electroplating bath which can form a uniform and glossy plated layer having the desired composition in a large current density range, and a plating method using the same.The copper zinc alloy electroplating bath contains a copper salt, a zinc salt, an alkali metal pyrophosphate or an alkali metal tartrate, and nitrate ions. The concentration of the nitrate ions is preferably 0.001 to 0.050 mol/L. Further, the pH of the copper-zinc alloy electroplating bath is preferably in the range of 8 to 14. Furthermore, in addition to the copper salt, the zinc salt, the alkali metal pyrophosphate and the nitrate ions, at least one selected from amino acids or salts thereof is preferably included, and histidine can be used favorably as the amino acid.
