    摘要: A lead frame for a resin-molded semiconductor device is provided with die pads for separately mounting chips of power elements and a control IC thereon; terminal leads arranged in a row at one side and including leads for the die pads, and a main circuit, a control power supply and signal circuit separated from the die pads; and a dam bar connecting the terminal leads. In the main circuit terminals and control power supply terminals, a plurality of leads is formed and drawn in advance. After the lead frame is set in a mold die and is resin-molded, certain leads that are not used as the terminal leads are selected among the plurality of the leads, and the certain leads are cut and removed together with the dam bar.

A power source supplies electric power to internal electric circuits. A charging control circuit performs charging from the power source to the flash light emitting device, and an exposure permission signal generating circuit generates an instruction signal indicative of an instruction of image pickup permission to the electronic image pickup device. The exposure permission signal generating circuit transmits the exposure permission signal when the charging control circuit judges that the charged current to the flash light emitting device is equal to or less than a given value. The camera shortens a period provided for a next photographing preparation state after a photographing operation with a flash light emitting device and simultaneously always obtains image signals which are capable of displaying properly exposed images.

More particularly, the contrast medium wherein the polymer capable of phase transit in response to environmental changes, particularly, pH, light or temperature, to develop a different water solubility, and a method for imaging by the use of this contrast medium. By binding a polymer responsive to microenvironmental changes with a Gd type MRI contrast agent, on-off switching of MRI imaging capability is enabled, wherein imaging occurs only on the target sites. Consequently, a highly specific MRI contrast medium can be obtained, whereby a highly specific MRI diagnosis is made possible, wherein only the target sites such as a tumor and a particular site are imaged and otherwise at the site where imaging is not necessary.

    摘要: An inclination detecting apparatus includes a light projecting section, a light receiving section and an operating section. The light projection section projects light towards an object. The light receiving section receives lights reflected from at least two points of the object and outputs a photoelectric current signal. The operating section derives a difference between the reciprocals of the square roots of the photoelectric currents output from the light receiving section. An output of the operating section represents an inclination signal of the object. A shake detecting apparatus includes a light projecting/receiving section and an operating section. The light projecting/receiving section is disposed on the rear surface of a camera, so as to project light towards a photographer, receive lights reflected from at least two points on light receiving elements, and output photoelectric current signals for the respective points. The operating section derives a difference between the reciprocals of the square roots of the photoelectric currents output from the light receiving elements. An output of the operating section is used as a hand shake signal.

    摘要: A camera control apparatus comprises a film-moving section, a control section, a latch section, a monitor section, a timer section and a standby-releasing section. The film-moving section incorporates a motor and moves the film loaded in a camera. The control section controls various control sections incorporated in the camera, and outputs a predetermined control signal in accordance with a film-moving command and supplies the control signal to the film-moving section. The control section includes a function for bringing itself into a standby condition. The latch section latches the predetermined control signal output by the control section and allows the film-moving section to be continuously driven. The monitor section generates a monitor signal in accordance with the state in which the film is moved by the film-moving section. The timer section starts measurement of a predetermined time interval in response to the control signal output by the control section, and generates an end signal at the end of the measurement. The standby-releasing section supplies a standby state-releasing signal to the control section in accordance with either the end signal generated by the timer section or the monitor signal generated by the monitor section.
