摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a differentiation inhibiting agent which allows culture of a stem cell or an embryonic stem cell in an undifferentiated state without use of any feeder cell, a method for culturing using the same, a cell culture liquid using the same, and a cell prepared by culturing using this differentiation inhibiting agent. The present invention provides a differentiation inhibiting agent which comprises a low molecular weight compound, especially a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative, as an active ingredient; a method for safely culturing a stem cell in large scale in undifferentiated state in the absence of feeder cell which comprises culturing a stem cell by using a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative; a culture liquid for stem cells comprising a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative; and a cell which is obtained by culture using a tetrahydroisoquinoline derivative as a differentiation inhibiting agent.

摘要： Provided is an aqueous ink capable of recording an image achieving a high level of both of color developability and lightfastness. The aqueous ink includes a first pigment and a second pigment. The first pigment is C.I. Pigment Yellow 213, and the second pigment is at least one selected from the group consisting of C.I. Pigment Yellows 93, 128, 138, 151, 155, 180, and 215. The content A (% by mass) of the first pigment and the content B (% by mass) of the second pigment based on a total mass of the ink satisfy a relationship of 0.1≦A/(A+B)≦0.9. The ink further includes a water-soluble organic solvent having an SP value (unit: (cal/cm3)1/2) determined by Fedors' method of 11.0 or more and 16.0 or less.

摘要： Disclosed is a cleaning liquid which is capable of cleaning an object to be cleaned, to the surface of which cerium oxide adheres, by dissolving and removing cerium oxide in the form of cerium ions. A cleaning method using the cleaning liquid is also disclosed. The cleaning liquid for removing cerium oxide is characterized by containing hydrogen fluoride, at least one acid selected from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, iodic acid and hydrobromic acid, and water. The cleaning liquid is also characterized by dissolving and removing cerium oxide in the form of cerium ions.

A spheroid-containing hydrogel, which includes a hydrogel and two or more spheroids having a uniform size with a diameter of from 70 μm to 400 μm that are disposed in the hydrogel in such a manner that the two or more spheroids do not contact each other, can favorably maintain the function of the plural spheroids contained within the hydrogel.

摘要： A multicolor image forming apparatus includes: a photosensitive belt unit comprising; a driving roller; a driven roller; a photosensitive belt having a joint, and a charger charging a surface of the photosensitive belt; an exposure device forming an electrostatic latent image, based on image information of each color, on the photosensitive belt; a plurality of developing devices storing different color developers, and an intermediate transfer unit performing a first transfer by sequentially superimposing each color developer image formed on the photosensitive belt. The photosensitive belt is suspended around the driving roller and the driven roller and is rotated and driven by the driving roller. Each developing device contacts and retracts from the photosensitive belt so as to develop the electrostatic latent image into a visible image using each color developer. At least one developing device can retract from the photosensitive belt at a region other than an image region.

The volume control circuit may control the volume level at the predetermined constant level, and may inhibit a user from changing the volume level.
