摘要: The present invention pertains to a voltage reference circuit based on temperature compensation, comprising positive and negative temperature coefficient generating units, temperature compensation circuit, image circuit and voltage divider. In this circuit, Item T is compensated with Item T, and Item T ln(T) is compensated by Item T in (T), which features a well-targeted compensation performance. The circuit outputs a reference voltage with zero temperature coefficient, which is independent to T and T ln (T). The output voltage value could be defined by adjusting the ratio of resistance in voltage divider. The invention provides a voltage reference circuit featuring good compensation, zero temperature coefficient and adjustable output voltage. The invention has a better compensation than the conventional one and a fixed output voltage, and it totally eliminates the temperature coefficient. The invention has wide application in analog IC and digital/analog mixed IC.

摘要: A film construction (610) includes a group of microlayers that reflect normally incident light polarized along a first axis more than normally incident light polarized along a second axis. The microlayers are arranged into optical repeat units (ORUs) that have a layer thickness distribution along a thickness axis perpendicular to the first and second axes that provides the group of microlayers with an intermediate reflectivity over an extended reflection band for a given incidence condition. The ORUs include thinner ORUs whose thicknesses are less than an average thickness, and thicker ORUs whose thicknesses are greater than the average thickness. The group of microlayers is optically immersed in a medium having a refractive index greater than air, such that “supercritical light” can propagate through the microlayers. The microlayers are oriented such that, on average, the thinner ORUs are closer than the thicker ORUs to an output surface of the construction. By “supercritical light” is meant that travels through the film at an angle that is more oblique than can be achieved by illumination from air using a flat, smooth air/film interface.

摘要: The present invention provides a LCD panel and a method for repairing the LCD panel. The LCD panel includes a plurality of data lines and a plurality of subpixel areas. Each subpixel area includes a corresponding pixel electrode and thin film transistor. The subpixel area including a spot defect is electrically connected to a neighboring subpixel area having the same color and in normal operation. The connection between the thin film transistor in the subpixel area including the spot defect and the corresponding data line and the connection between the thin film transistor and the corresponding pixel electrode are cut. Consequently, the subpixel area including the bright spot defect is repaired and able to display normally. The display quality of the LCD panel display is improved. Moreover, the present invention repair method is suitable for the repairing of LCD panels without storage capacitors.
