摘要: The invention relates to a dental prosthesis comprising a first inner sub-region which has a first organically polymerized material and a second outer sub-region, which has a second organically polymerized material that is an organically modified and organically polymerized silicic acid (hetero)polycondensate. The first inner sub-region has a flexural strength of over 80 MPa according to DIN EN ISO 4049: 2009 and a lower elastic modulus than the second outer sub-region, while the second, outer sub-region has a flexural strength of at least 100 MPa according to DIN EN ISO 4049: 2009. The first organically polymerized material is preferably also an organically modified and organically polymerized material.The dental prosthesis can be generated preferably using a mold system consisting of at least one first and a second negative mold, and the second negative mold is shaped so as to form a second cavity, Either both negative molds consist of at least two parts or the first negative mold is a single part and has an opening for the admission of light or IR radiation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a coupling structure between an abutment and a crown for an implant. To this end, the present invention relates to a coupling structure between an abutment and a crown for an implant, the structure having a lower part of an abutment facing and coupled to, by a bolt, the upper part of a fixture coupled to a tooth-extraction hole of the alveolar bone, and having a lower part of a crown inserted into and coupled to the upper part of the abutment, wherein the abutment has: a support stepped part formed along the edge at the lower part of an abutment body having a stepped hole; a crown supporting guide formed along the edge of the abutment body from the inner upper part of the support stepped part; and an inclined groove part formed at the upper part of the abutment body, and the crown has: an abutment insertion groove, of which the lower side is open, formed at a crown body; a hanging stepped part formed at the edge of an inlet side of the abutment insertion groove; a shock-absorbing layer provided on the inner surface of the abutment insertion groove; and an inclined protrusion part integrally formed at the bottom surface of the inner upper part of the abutment insertion groove. Therefore, the present invention can prevent shock from being transmitted to the abutment through the crown, thereby minimizing a feeling of unfamiliarity, and can reuse the implant since only the resin inserted into a contact part of the crown is separated and new resin is filled therein.

摘要: A method of attaching a dental article to the surface of a tooth includes providing the dental article and applying a coating including upconversion phosphors to a surface of the dental article. The method also includes applying a dental cement composition to the surface of the tooth and placing the dental article on the surface of the tooth such that the coating is adjacent the dental cement composition. The dental cement composition includes a polymerizable resin and a photoinitiator and is substantially free of upconversion phosphors. The method further includes irradiating the coating with a radiation source that emits radiation at a pre-determined fixed wavelength that causes the upconversion phosphors to emit radiation at an activation wavelength of the dental cement composition photoinitiator such that the dental cement composition cures in a region adjacent the coating and removing remaining uncured dental cement composition outside the dental article from the tooth.

摘要: A method of manufacturing custom crown coping and infrastructures is provided. A metal portion (base) of an abutment is located in a model of a patient's mouth and the model is scanned. The data from the scan is then utilized to manufacture the ceramic portion of the abutment and the coping. In one embodiment, the coping and infrastructure is designed by first determining the shape and orientation of the final crown, subtracting a thickness for the crown from the shape to determine the shape and orientation of a coping, and subtracting a thickness for the coping to form the shape and orientation of an abutment.

摘要: There is provided a method of manufacturing a zirconia block for an artificial tooth having a color gradient. The method includes: preparing colored zirconia-based powder and white zirconia-based powder; preparing a plurality of raw materials in which the colored zirconia-based powder and the white zirconia-based powder are mixed in different weight ratios by mixing the colored zirconia-based powder and the white zirconia-based powder while changing a mixing ratio in order to express a desired color gradient; sequentially injecting the plurality of raw materials into a compression mold or a mold frame to mold in increasing or decreasing order of content of the colored zirconia-based powder of the raw material; and calcining a molding result. According to the present invention, it is possible to express aesthetics of a natural tooth by implementing a color gradient of the natural tooth in the zirconia block itself without using porcelain powder or a liquid color set.
