    Abstract: A cleaning device for atomizing and spraying liquid in two-phase flow comprising a nozzle provided with multiple liquid bypass pipelines each having liquid guiding outlets inclined at a predetermined angle and an exhaust mesh plate having vertical gas guiding outlets, which makes the high speed liquid flow and high speed gas flow sprayed out therefrom collide against each other sufficiently to form ultra-micro atomized particles with uniform and adjustable size. The ultra-micro atomized particles are sprayed out downwardly to the wafer surface under the acceleration and vertical orientation effects of an atomized particle guiding outlet to perform a reciprocating cleaning for the wafer. Other components such as an ultrasonic or megasonic generation unit, a gas shielding unit, a self-cleaning unit or a rotating unit can also be provided to perform the multifunction of the nozzle.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for cleaning a surface comprising a gas dispensing conduit having a first end connectable to a source of pressurized gas and an open second end such that a stream of pressurized gas may be dispensed from the open second end of the gas dispensing conduit.     Abstract: An internal mix air atomizing spray nozzle assembly having a nozzle body that defines a central liquid flow passage, an air guide for directing pressurized air within the nozzle, and a downstream air cap having an upstanding impingement post and a plurality of discharge orifice defining passages about the impingement post. The air cap passages each are oriented at compound angle with respect to a central axis for discharging atomized liquid flow streams in a conical spray pattern swirling in a predetermined rotative direction about the central axis, and the impingement post has a diffuser cap that defines a flat central liquid impingement surface and an outer annular array of non radial diffuser veins for directing the atomized liquid and pressurized air in a swirling fashion about the impingement post in the same relative direction as the swirling spray pattern from the air cap passages.

    Abstract: A pneumatic dispenser for dispensing viscous material, for example, mastic caulk, from a container is described. The dispenser comprises a fluid supply arrangement for accepting a dispensing nozzle of the container and providing a flow of pressurized fluid to the dispensing nozzle to enable the material to be dispensed as a spray. A moveable member can be used to control the flow of pressurized fluid, for example a member disposed on a cap for closing a container containing compartment of the dispenser and/or a moveable member disposed around the dispensing nozzle. The arrangement of the fluid supply arrangement allows for convenient control of the pressurized fluid flow for spraying the material. Also disclosed is a dispenser with a readily exchangeable pressure application interface for applying a dispensing pressure to the container, enabling the dispenser to be used with both cartridge and foil pack containers.

    Abstract: A shower head (10C) has at least one mixing chamber (24) having an air inlet (18) for connection to a supply of pressurised air and a water inlet (22) for connection to a supply of pressurised water so that, in use, the air breaks the water up into droplets in the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber further has at least one outlet (32) so that, in use, the water droplets and air exit the shower head to form a shower of water droplets having a mean trajectory. The or each outlet is arranged so that, in use, at least a substantial proportion of the water droplets exit the shower head so that their individual trajectories on leaving the shower head are offset from the mean trajectory of the shower head and converge towards the mean trajectory of the shower head. This can result in a more uniform distribution of water droplets in the shower pattern. A single annular outlet may be provided, or a plurality of separate outlets. In order to assist in breaking up the water into small droplets, a vortex may be induced in the air and/or the water in the mixing chamber, and/or a deflector may be disposed adjacent the water inlet into the mixing chamber.

To facilitate intermixing of liquid particles discharging from the air cap discharge orifices and for reducing negative pressures between the discharging flow streams, the air cap has an internal mixing chamber larger in diameter than the annular pressurized air discharge orifice and is formed with a plurality of circumferentially spaced discharge orifices oriented in skewed relation to a central axis of the nozzle.
