    摘要: A microcontact printing stamp is formed by curing a s silicone rubber composition on a master. An addition reaction cure silicone rubber composition is used comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane containing at least two aliphatic unsaturated monovalent hydrocarbon groups, (B) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane containing at least two SiH groups, (C) an addition reaction catalyst, and (D) a reinforcing resin. The cured composition has a nonfunctional low-molecular-weight siloxane D3-D20 content of up to 200 ppm.

    摘要: The invention relates to a process for the treatment of polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane block copolymers or alkylpolysiloxane-polyoxyalkylenepolysiloxane block copolymers in which the polysiloxane blocks are bonded to the polyether blocks or alkyl radicals by SiC bonds, wherein the polyoxyalkylene-polysiloxane block copolymers or alkylpolysiloxane-polyoxyalkylenepolysiloxane block copolymers or the solutions thereof are treated with flowing hydrogen gas and optionally a further inert gas in the presence of a combination of hydrogenation catalysts known per se and acid-activated carrier materials and water at temperatures of from 20 to 200° C. and atmospheric pressure over a period of from 0.5 to 10 hours.

    摘要: Polysiloxane hydrolyzates are neutralized by treating polysiloxane hydrolyzates containing residual acidic constituents with carbon, and then the carbon is removed from the treated neutralized polysiloxane hydrolyzate. Some examples of polysiloxane hydrolyzates that can be treated are hydride functional polysiloxane hydrolyzates and polydiethylsiloxane hydrolyzates. The carbon neutralizing agent especially preferred is carbon derived from bituminous coal. The carbon is removed from the treated neutralized polysiloxane hydrolyzate by passing it through solid liquid separation devices such as plate and frame filter presses, polishing filters, and post filters for removing fines.

    摘要: A modified silicone compound having a branch polymer comprising a hydrophilic group, this compound being synthesized by performing an addition reaction between an organohydrogenpolysiloxane, and at least one compound chosen from an alkenylated polyoxyalkenylated compound, an alkenylated glycerine compound and an alkenylated sugar in the presence of a platinum catalyst or rhodium catalyst, and a cosmetic material containing this modified silicone compound. This compound is purified by decomposing aldehyde condensation products remaining in the silicone by alkylating the remaining unsaturated bonds after hydrogenating the reaction liquor after said addition reaction, and treating with an aqueous solution of pH 7 or lower containing an acidic substance, or decomposing the propenyl etherated polyether in the reaction liquor after said addition reaction by treating with an aqueous solution of pH 7 or lower containing an acidic substance, and then alkylating the generated aldehydes and alkenylated ether compounds by hydrogenation. The degree of unsaturation (meq/g) in the modified silicone compound is 0.002 or less. The generation amount of aldehydes when heat ageing is performed in 0.23N hydrochloric acid at 50° C. for 0.5 hours is 70 ppm or less of the modified silicone compound.
