Abstract:
The present disclosure relates a gearbox for power lift gate including a rotating frame (22/22′) arranged in the housing and rotatable relative to the housing, a sun roller (23) and a plurality of planetary gears (24) supported by the rotating frame (22/22′), an inner ring tooth (218) provided in the housing, and the planetary gear (24) being surrounded around the sun roller (23) in the central area. The sun roller (23) includes a first rod (230) with helical teeth which is meshed with a first gear (240) of the planetary gear, and a second rod (232) extending coaxially from the first rod (230). The planetary gear includes a second gear (242) meshed with the inner ring gear (218) of the housing to drive the rotating frame to rotate and revolve synchronously for driving external loads.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to an auxiliary locking drive for a motor vehicle lock, wherein the auxiliary locking drive, in the fitted state, provides an auxiliary locking drive train which has an auxiliary locking drive motor and a planetary gearing which is connected downstream of the auxiliary locking drive motor and has the following gearing elements: a sun gear, a planet gear carrier and a ring gear, wherein a first gearing element of the planetary gearing is coupled or is couplable to the auxiliary locking drive motor and a second gearing element of the planetary gearing is coupled or is couplable to the lock latch, wherein a switchable fixing device is provided, with which, for producing and releasing a drive coupling between the first gearing element and the second gearing element, the in each case third gearing element of the planetary gearing is fixable and releasable.
Abstract:
A device for manually and/or electromotively adjusting or securing a first vehicle part and a second vehicle part relative to each other is provided. The device comprising an adjustment part which has a joint for pivotable arrangement on the first vehicle part, wherein the adjustment part is to be arranged on the first vehicle part in such a manner that, when the vehicle parts are adjusted relative to each other, the adjustment part moves relative to the second vehicle part, an output element which is to be arranged on the second vehicle part, is operatively connected to the adjustment part and is drivable in order to move the adjustment part relative to the second vehicle part, and an electromotive drive device for driving the output element, wherein the drive device has a drive motor and a transmission coupling the drive motor to the output element.
Abstract:
A door opening and closing apparatus for a vehicle includes a transmission gear configured to be driven to rotate by a motor, a pulley arranged coaxially with the transmission gear and configured to open and close a vehicle door by moving a rope member with a rotation of the pulley, an output member arranged coaxially with the transmission gear and configured to bring a door lock to a holding state or a release state with a rotation of the output member, a first clutch housed in the pulley in a state being coaxial with the transmission gear, the first clutch selectively permitting and prohibiting a rotation transmission between the transmission gear and the pulley, and a second clutch housed in the transmission gear in a state being coaxial with the transmission gear, the second clutch selectively permitting and prohibiting a rotation transmission between the transmission gear and the output member.
Abstract:
A door moving apparatus includes a motor unit, a first gear, a second gear, an endless belt, a drum, and a rotator. The first gear is mounted on a rotary shaft of the motor unit. The second gear includes a diameter larger than a diameter of the first gear and teeth more than the first gear. The endless belt passes over the first gear and the second gear. A rotary power of the second gear is transmitted to the drum via a rotary power transmission mechanism. The rotator is configured to reduce a separation of the endless belt from a preset running path.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a door latch system. The door latch system includes: a housing; a latch pivotally and rotatably installed in the housing; a main locking member slidingly installed in the housing for locking the latch; a sub-locking member slidingly installed in the housing and disposed in one side of the main locking member; a hook pivotally and movably installed in any one of the main locking member and the sub-locking member; a stopping threshold formed in the other one (wherein the hook is not installed) of the main locking member and the sub-locking member; and a locking plate slidingly installed in the housing for pivotally moving the hook, wherein the main locking member and the sub-locking member are sliding together when the hook is held by the stopping threshold by the sliding of the locking plate, and only the sub-locking member is sliding when the hook is separated from the stopping threshold by the sliding of the locking plate, so that even if the door lever is being pulled when the door is being locked, the unnecessary force is not transferred to the other components such as a latch, a main locking member, and the like.
