摘要: Disclosed is a roller for use in a rotary compressor, which roller comprising a sintered body consisting essentially of 0.5-2.0% by weight of C, 1.0-5.0% by weight of Cu, 1.2-3.0% by weight of Mo and a balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. In the sintered alloy, hard particles of Fe-Mo alloy are dispersed in one of pearlitic and tempering martensitic matrix, and sintered pores of the sintered body is sealed with tri-iron tetroxide. Resultant sintered body has high wear resistance and scuffing resistance capable of being used as an inverter type compressor.

摘要: A moving vane type compressor has a cylinder which is made of a sintered material having a density of 6.6 to 7.6 and a composition consisting essentially of 0.6 to 0.8% of carbon, 1 to 2% of copper and the balance substantially iron. The cylinder is encased by a hermetic casing therebetween a high pressure chamber into which a refrigerant compressed by the compressor is discharged. Lubricating oil separated from the discharged refrigerant within the high pressure chamber and the lubricating oil suspended in the form of a mist by the refrigerant attach to the outer peripheral surface of the wall of the cylinder made of the sintered material. The oil attaching to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder is forced by the refrigerant pressure acting thereon into the pores of the sintered material such as to block these pores, thus preventing the compressed gas in the cylinder from leaking outside through the pores.

摘要: A process for constructing a hybrid material part includes mixing a metal powder and a binder to form a compounded mixture, heating the compounded mixture, injecting the compounded mixture into a first mold to form a green part, and debinding the green part to form a brown part. The process further includes sintering the brown part to form a sintered part, and over-molding the sintered part with a plastic in a second mold of an injection molding machine to form the hybrid material part. A hybrid material pump part is disclosed as well.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing a net-shape vane for a rotary vane pump, which vane is preferably open-pored and consists of a metal sinter material. The vane has at least one first front face and one second front face which is preferably oriented parallel to the first front face, and a first lateral surface and second lateral surface that is oriented parallel to the first lateral surface. Furthermore, the vane comprises a first contour surface and a second contour surface. The method for producing the vane comprises at least the following steps: pressing (20) a powder mixture to a green body by means of a powder press, sintering (21) the green body inside a sintering furnace to a sintering element having an austenitic structure, quenching the sintering element inside the sintering furnace to a temperature below the martensitic start temperature for hardening (22), tempering (23) the sintering element preferably inside the sintering furnace, removing (24) the sintering element as net-shape vane, preferably as removal from the sintering furnace. After removing the sintering element, deburring (25) can optionally be made. The invention further relates to a vane and a rotary vane pump.

摘要: A stator for a helical gear device is formed from multiple rigid disks and support rings bonded to the disks. Each disk forms part of a profile consisting of radially equally spaced or opened lobes which interact with the convex portions of rotor lobes. The disks are arranged into a desired helical configuration and bonded to one another to form a disk stack defining a helically convoluted elongated chamber therein. The support rings are fixed concentrically against respective end disks of the disk stack. The rings are sized with an inside diameter substantially equal to the major diameter of the central aperture defined by the radially extending lobes of the rigid disks. As a rotor rotates and nutates inside the helically convoluted elongated chamber of the stator, it is supported at both ends of the disk stack by the support rings touching the tips of the rotor lobes. Thus the full force of the rotor's operational inertia is not borne by the disks alone, thereby increasing their life.
