    Abstract: A battery device includes a plurality of cell assemblies each including a plurality of battery cells; a housing including an accommodation space in which the plurality of cell assemblies are accommodated; and a cooling plate installed in the housing to cool the plurality of cell assemblies, wherein the cooling plate includes a plurality of seating portions on which the cell assemblies are seated, respectively, and a heat transfer delay portion disposed between the plurality of seating portions and preventing or reducing heat transfer between the seating portions adjacent to each other.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a battery module. The battery module may include: a battery pack; a tube element accommodating a flow of a cooling medium for cooling the battery pack; and a tube element cover surrounding the tube element in a section in which a path of the tube element is bent or the tube element is discontinuously connected.
    According to the present disclosure, the battery module includes the tube element cover which covers a fragile section such as a bent section or discontinuously connected section of the tube element in which the cooling medium flows such that the tube element may be protected from the pressure of a molten metal cast at a high pressure during a high-pressure die casting process.

    Abstract: A battery pack includes: a plurality of battery cells; a case member including an inner space in which the plurality of battery cells are accommodated, a cooling plate provided with a coolant path through which a coolant flows, and a side surface portion defining the inner space together with the cooling plate; an entrance portion for the coolant into the coolant path of the cooling plate; an exit portion for the coolant from the coolant path of the cooling plate; and a coolant tube connected to the entrance portion and the exit portion. The cooling plate includes a first portion facing the inner space and a second portion protruding on an outer side with respect to the side surface portion of the case member. The entrance portion and the exit portion for the coolant are connected to the second portion.

    Abstract: A battery pack includes: a battery core; a bottom plate, where the bottom plate is disposed under the battery core to support the battery core; a top plate, where the top plate is disposed above the battery core; a mounting beam, where the mounting beam includes a main beam portion and a bottom beam portion, the main beam portion is located between the bottom plate and the top plate, and the bottom beam portion is connected to a lower surface of the main beam portion and disposed under the bottom plate; and a connection assembly, where the connection assembly is configured for mounting the battery pack to a mounting point, and the connection assembly couples with the mounting beam to provide the mounting beam an upward acting force when the battery pack is mounted to the mounting point.
