The electric machine (2) is driven using field-oriented regulation, and a current relative position (θi) of a rotating field is detected by means of at least one sensor (5). At least one electric voltage (Uαs, Uβs) is generated which causes an electric rotor flux corresponding to the position (θi) detected by the sensor, the electric machine (2) is monitored for a torque generated by the voltage (Uαs, Uβs) and an absolute position of the rotating field is determined depending on the generated torque.

    摘要: A motor drive system for operating a mechanism for raising and lowering window coverings includes a motor operating under electrical power and an electrically powered drive system. The motor drive system advances a continuous cord loop in response to positional commands from a controller. An input-output device includes a capacitive touch strip that receives user inputs along an input axis, and an LEDs strip aligned with the input axis. A group mode module communicates the positional commands to other motor drive systems within an identified group to operate respective other mechanisms of the other motor drive systems. A set control module enables user calibration of a top position and a bottom position of travel of the window covering. The input-output device extends vertically on the exterior of a housing for the motor drive system, and the housing supports input buttons of the group mode module and the set control module.

The controller learns that, in learning the initial position, the initial position of the rotor is a two-phase facing position in which two adjacent salient poles of the rotor face salient poles of two energized phases of a stator, and the initial position of the rotor is a one-phase facing position in which one salient pole of the rotor faces a salient pole of one non-energized phase of the stator.

    摘要: A drive unit, method, and control system are provided that warm drive unit fluid in a drive unit having a main pump, a scavenge pump, and an electric motor for powering an axle of a vehicle. The control system and method are configured to fill a main sump of the drive unit with drive unit fluid to a predetermined fill level. In a warm-up mode, the method and control system operate the electric motor to heat the drive unit fluid within the main sump while the vehicle is stationary and the electric motor is at least partially disposed in the drive unit fluid within the main sump. Further in the warm-up mode, the method and control system are configured to operate the scavenge pump to pump the drive unit fluid from the main sump into an auxiliary reservoir after the drive unit fluid has been heated by the electric motor.
