摘要: A manufacturing system includes a base and multiple work machine modules that are attachable and detachable to and from the base arranged in the arrangement direction on the base or on the side of the base, in which the plurality of work machine modules include one or more processing work modules that perform machine processing work on a workpiece using a tool, and one or more supplementary work modules that perform supplementary work that is work supplementarily performed to the machine processing work. Since it is possible to easily increase and decrease the number of processing work modules and supplementary work modules or sort the modules, it is possible to easily recombine the modules with respect to modification of the manufacturing process.

摘要: In a cut and clinch device, movable section 122 is slidable with respect to main body section 120. Also, a first insertion hole is formed in main body section 210, and a second insertion hole 136 is formed in curved section 133 of movable section 122 in a state overlapping the first insertion hole. A lead is cut by the movable section being slid with the lead inserted into the first insertion hole and the second insertion hole. In such a cut and clinch device, a pair of recognition marks 210 are provided on a bent section opposite each other centered around the second insertion hole. Thus, the recognition marks are imaged, and based on the image data, it is possible to appropriately recognize the opening position of the second insertion hole, to appropriately insert the lead into the second insertion hole, and to appropriately cut the lead.

摘要: In a component mounter, a cut and clinch unit is arranged below a circuit board that is conveyed by a conveyance device, and the cut and clinch unit can be moved to a given position by a moving device. When imaging a fiducial mark of the circuit board using an imaging device, the cut and clinch unit is moved such that an identification assistance sticker arranged on the cut and clinch unit is positioned as the background to the fiducial mark. The color of the circuit board surrounding the fiducial is white and the color of the identification assistance sticker is black. Thus, the outline of the fiducial mark is clear and the fiducial mark can be appropriately recognized based on the image data.

摘要: A one-directional clutch that only allows rotation in the forward direction, that is the cover tape pulling direction, is provided between, of two cover tape pulling gears, the lower side cover tape pulling gear and shaft thereof, such that reverse rotation of cover tape pulling gears is prevented by the one-directional clutch. For the engaging portion of the one-directional clutch and cover tape pulling gear, the friction of the engaging portion of the one-directional clutch and the cover tape pulling gear is adjusted such that the cover tape pulling gear slip rotates in the reverse direction when a specified rotational force or greater in the reverse direction that is greater than the force required to peel the cover tape is applied to the cover tape pulling gear.

摘要: When performing inspection of a tip of a suction nozzle, the tip of the suction nozzle is imaged, and an opening of the tip of the suction nozzle is identified based on the image data. With the image based on the image data, locations with less than a set brightness level inside a location with the set brightness level and greater is identified as the opening. The identified opening is divided into four regions by boundary lines, and the area of the opening is calculated for each of the regions. Based on the areas calculated for each region, it is determined whether the suction nozzle is good. By determining whether the suction nozzle is good based on the area of the opening for each region, it is possible to reliably determine whether the suction nozzle is good.

摘要: A feeder maintenance device cleans specified sections including a feeding mechanism of a feeder using cleaning sections, and measures backlash of the feeding mechanism using a backlash inspection section. In this manner, because the feeder maintenance device performs cleaning of the feeder, compared to an operator performing cleaning, it is possible to curtail variance in a quality of maintenance. Also, because the feeder maintenance device measures the backlash of the feeding mechanism, it is possible to reliably perform maintenance related to the feeding mechanism of the feeder.
