    摘要: A teaching device capable of teaching not only movement work but also more detailed working content. The teaching device is provided with input section for inputting work information such as work of pinching workpieces which is carried out by a robot arm at a working position. When carrying out motion capture by moving jig (an object which mimics the robot arm) which is provided with marker section, a user manipulate input section at an appropriate timing to input the working content to be performed by the robot arm as work information, and thus it is possible to set fine working content of the robot arm in teaching device. Accordingly, teaching device is capable of linking positional information of jig and the like and work information generating control information for controlling the robot arm.

    摘要: With respect to servo amplifiers attached to a component mounter, a motor unit of at of a drive mechanism assembled on a mounting head is attached to be exchangeable. A control device of the component mounter switches the servo amplifier from a servo on state to a servo off state before exchange of the motor unit, maintains servo amplifier system power in an on state, initializes an encoder of the motor unit connected to the servo amplifier after the motor unit has been exchanged, and returns the servo amplifier to a servo on state. By this, the servo motor of the exchange motor unit achieves a state in which feedback control can be performed based on detection information of the encoder, and operation of the exchanged motor unit can be started.

    摘要: To form wiring on circuit board and conductor body, metal ink containing metal particles is dispensed by inkjet head straddling the circuit board and the conductor body. Then, a laser is applied by laser emitting device to the dispensed metal ink. The metal ink to which the laser is applied is baked and wiring is formed. A laser corresponding to the laser emission amount per unit of area based on the material of the circuit board, which is resin, is applied to the metal ink on the circuit board, and a laser corresponding to the laser emission amount per unit of area based on the conductor body is applied to the metal ink on the conductor body. The metal ink on the circuit board and the metal ink on the conductor body is baked appropriately, and wiring is formed appropriately straddling the circuit board and the conductor body.
