    摘要: In an organic EL display apparatus 1A, a transparent electrode 4 is formed on the rear surface 3 of a substrate so as to be divided into plural portions respectively corresponding light emitting areas 9. An opaque metal film 8 is divided into plural portions so as to form window portions 5 which define light emitting areas 9 on the respective transparent electrodes 4. A metal reflection film 20 is formed between the metal films 8 so as not to electrically connect the metal films 8 to each other. An opaque back electrode 11 is formed on an organic layer 10 laminated on the reflection film in a divided manner in correspondence with the divided metal films 8. The reflection film 20 covers at least a dividing slit 17 between the back electrodes 11.

    摘要: A connector body 30 to be fixed to a motor case 51 is formed of an aluminum die cast, and is provided, on one of side surfaces thereof, with a cylindrical housing portion 31 for inserting a terminal of a motor cable 10 to be a shielding electric wire. A double enveloping contact 33 is fitted in the housing portion 31 and an eye-ball shaped fixing portion 37 protruded from a front edge thereof is fixed, with a bolt 40, to a fixing base 45 provided integrally on the direct inside of the housing portion 31. A terminal fixture 15 of the terminal of the motor cable 10 is inserted from the housing portion 31 into the connector body 30, and is connected to the other bus bar 50, and a shield shell 21 fitted and attached into a terminal of a shield layer 13 elastically comes in contact with the inner periphery of the contact 33. A reliable electrical connection is obtained between the contact 33 and the housing portion 31 so that a shield function can be displayed effectively.

    摘要: The present invention improves the quality and productivity in a coating peeling-off process in which the coating at an intermediate portion along the length of a wire is peeled off in order to expose a conductor inside the coated wire, while enabling coatings at intermediate portions along the length of multicore wires or small-diameter wires to be peeled off.In a primary process, a heating jig 16 is brought into press contact with the upper half portion of the coating of the peeling-off designated portion at an intermediate potion along the length of coated wires 1 so as to press down the coating downwardly relative to the transverse direction of the wires, whereby a coating peeled-off portion 20 in which a part of conductors 2 is exposed is formed. Afterwards, in a secondary process, the coating of the coating peeled-off portion 20 is cut and press held at the ends thereof by cutting and peeling-off blades 13 adapted to operate from the ends of the coating peeled-off portion 2 toward the center thereof so as to remove the coating of the coating peeled-off portion 20, whereby a coating peeled-off portion 131 is formed.

    摘要: In a multi-way connector requiring less inserting force in which the front portions of a pair of female and male connector housings each accommodating groups of ternminals are fitted in each other so as to be coupled together for connection, a rotatable member rotatably supported and having a driver point projection and a follower point pawl that are formed on the outer circumference thereof is provided in one of the pair of connector housings, while a driver slide is mounted on the upper side of the rotatable member. The driver slide is slidable in a coupling direction of the connector housing, and the leading end of the driver slide is brought into abutment with the rear of the driver point projection with the rear end thereof being allowed to project from the connector housing in which it is provide. In addition, a follower engagement portion designed to be brought into engagement with the follower point pawl is provided in the other connector housing of the pair of connector housings, whereby the pair of connector housings are coupled together for connection by the action of the rotatable member resulting when the driver slide is pushed in.

    摘要: A connector housing assembly 2 comprises a plurality of housings 3 each having a series of laterally arranged terminal accommodating chambers 4 and combined and united in a plurality of layers with the longitudinal direction of the terminal accommodating chambers 4 being trued up, and has a terminal locking mechanism comprising in turn locking ports 6 provided in one of adjacent housings 3 in such a manner as to be situated at the rear of the locking portions 8 of terminals 1 and locking projections 10 provided on the other housing 3 in such a manner as to project therefrom so that the locking projections 10 are inserted through the locking ports 6 to be brought into engagement with the locking portions 8 of terminals accommodated in the one of adjacent housings 3, and furthermore, a case unit 12 is provided for securely covering and locking said housings in a combined and united posture. The plurality of housings are preferably of similar shape and size. A locking pawl 16 is preferably provided at the top end of the respective locking projections 10.
