The handle is extendable for adjusting the length of the wheel-guiding device. The wheel's motion is controlled with the wheel-guiding device by engaging the U-shaped member and pushing on the wheel with the wheel-guiding device causing the wheel to both rotate and move in various directions or to stop movement of the wheel.

摘要： An integrated circuit substrate having laser-exposed terminals provides a high-density and low cost mounting and interconnect structure for integrated circuits. The laser-exposed terminals can further provide a selective plating feature by using a dielectric layer of the substrate to prevent plating terminal conductors and subsequently exposing the terminals via laser ablation. A metal layer may be coated on one or both sides with a dielectric material, conductive material embedded within the dielectric to form conductive interconnects and then coating over the conductive material with a conformal protective coating. The protectant is then laser-ablated to expose the terminals. A dielectric film having a metal layer laminated on one side may be etched and plated. Terminals are then laser-exposed from the back side of the metal layer exposing unplated terminals.

The first anchor device and the second anchor device each comprises a body section. A first arc member is formed on a first end of the body section. The first arc member is rolled in the ground so that ground elements rest inside the first arch member such that the weight of the ground elements prevents the beach towel from being blow away. A second arc member is formed at a second end of the body section. The second arc member partially touches the body section to form an enclosed oval channel, the oval channel used for securing the towel to the body section.

摘要： A dynamic-static logical control element for signaling an interval between the end of a control signal and a logical evaluation provides a compact circuit for blocking the indication of a non-evaluated state of a dynamic logic gate until a control signal has ended. The control signal is connected to a precharge input of the control element and a summing node is connected to one or more evaluation trees and to the control element output via an inverter. The inverter is connected to an override circuit that forces the output of the control element to a state opposite the precharge state until the control signal has ended. The output of the control element then assumes a state corresponding to the precharge state until an evaluation occurs. The control element output thus produces a window signal indicating the interval between the end of the control signal and the evaluation.
