    摘要: A support convenient for preparing a printing plate in situ using a liquid photosensitive resin of an unsaturated polyurethane resin is disclosed. This support consists of a base plate and coated thereon a layer of a composition consisting of a mercapto-containing ester obtained by polycondensing a thiocarboxylic acid or thioalcohol with a polyglycol or polycarboxylic acid or an aromatic tertiary amine and a polymer binder. The support of this invention, which has a broadened base of a sectionally trapezoidal configuration, provides a relief image that is firmly adhered to the support.

    摘要: The invention involves a novel melamine group-containing (meth)acrylate, e.g. hexakis(2-acryloyloxypropyl)melamine, hexakis(2-acryloyloxyethyl)melamine, etc., and its polymer. Said (meth)acrylate has excellent reactivity and storage stability, and said polymer has excellent dimensional stability, durabilities (especially water resistance and moisture resistance) and surface hardness, and is useful as a molded product and a coating layer of a molded resin article. For example, a polyester film coated with said polymer has excellent adhesivity, flexibility and dimensional stability as well as high abrasion resistance, and can be used to a wide variety of uses as an abrasion resistant film.

    摘要: A process for preparing a cured copolyetherester elastomeric composition comprising following steps I and II:Step I: melt-extruding an uncured linear copolyetherester elastomeric composition of [A] and [B] to follow:[A] a linear copolyetherester elastomer composed of(A-1) a hard segment consisting of(i) an acid component of which at least 70 mol % is an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and(ii) a diol component having an average molecular weight of up to 350 and(A-2) a soft segment consisting of(iii) a polyalkylene glycol having an average molecular weight of from 500 to 5,000 in an amount of from 10 to 80% by weight based on the elastomer [A]; and[B] a compound having an unsaturated aliphatic moiety other than unsaturated conjugated moieties, said compound [B] being copolymerized or blended with said elastomer [A], wherein said unsaturated aliphatic moiety is chemically inert at the melt-extruding temperature, the amount of said moiety being 0.001 to 0.5 equivalent per 100 grams of said elastomer [A]Step II: curing the resulting extrudate by irradiation of actinic light.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin film laminate. A thermoplastic film is made abrasion-resistant by coating or laminating (A) one or both sides of a thermoplastic resin film with (B) a vinyl polymer composed mainly of a cyanurate ring-containing (meth)cyanurate having a structure corresponding to the condensation product of 1 mole of cyanuric acid with 3 moles, on the average, of a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate represented by the formula C H.sub.2 .dbd.CR--COO--R.sup.10 --OH (wherein R is hydrogen atom or methyl group; and R.sup.10 is an alkylene group having a carbon number of 2 to 4), or a cyanurate ring-containing (meth)acrylate having a structure corresponding to the condensation product of 1 mole of cyanuric acid with 2 moles or more and less than 3 moles, on the average, of the above hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate and not more than 0.5 mole, on the average, of a polyhydric alcohol of the formula R.sup.20 --(--OH).sub.y (wherein R.sup.20 is a 2-4 valent saturated hydrocarbon group having a carbon number of 2 to 6, wherein a part of said carbon atoms may be replaced by oxygen atoms forming ether linkages; y is an integer of 2 to 4). The vinyl polymer layer has excellent abrasion resistance and flexibility. The thermoplastic resin film laminate can be used, for example, as a shatter-proof film for window glass, a sunlight-controlling film, a heat radiation reflective film, a plastic mirror, a label, an agricultural film, etc.

    摘要: An improved support comprising (A) a base plate and (B) an adhesive layer formed on the surface of the base plate is provided for making a printing plate from a liquid photosensitive resin. The improvement resides in the inclusion of a tertiary phosphite or tertiary phosphine in the adhesive layer. The improved adhesive layer acts to give reliefs of a good shoulder shape, and this action can be retained over long periods of time.In an alternative embodiment, an activating layer (C) containing a tertiary phosphite or tertiary phosphine is formed on the adhesive layer.
