摘要: A method for diagnosing COVID-19 infection of a person. The method includes acquiring a sputum sample of the person, measuring a level of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the sputum sample, and detecting a COVID-19 infection status of the person based on the measured level of ROS. Measuring the level of ROS in the sputum sample includes recording a cyclic voltammetry (CV) pattern from the sputum sample and measuring a current peak of the recorded CV pattern. Detecting the COVID-19 infection status of the person based on the measured level of ROS includes detecting the person is infected with COVID-19 if the measured current peak is in a first range of current peaks and detecting the person is not infected with COVID-19 if the measured current peak is in a second range of current peaks.

The method includes preparing a drug composition with a surface electric charge, injecting the drug composition into a cancer patient's body, placing an electrically conductive element in a region next to a tumor location inside the cancer patient's body, and delivering the drug composition to the tumor location. Delivering the drug composition to the tumor location includes electrostatically trapping the drug composition within the tumor location by applying an electrostatic field with an opposite sign of electric charge to a sign of the surface electric charge of the drug composition to the electrically conductive element.

摘要: A method for tumor suppression. The method includes inserting an active part of a wire into a cancerous tumor, electrostatically stimulating cancer cells of the cancerous tumor by injecting positive electrostatic charges to the cancer cells, and reducing size of the cancerous tumor responsive to the electrostatically stimulating cancer cells of the cancerous tumor. The active part of the wire is located at a first end of the wire. Injecting the positive electrostatic charges to the cancer cells includes accumulating the positive electrostatic charges on the inserted active part of the wire, and generating a positive electrostatic charge flow through the cancerous tumor responsive to accumulating the positive electrostatic charges on the inserted active part of the wire.

摘要: A method for in-situ generation of microbubbles is disclosed. The method includes preparing an electrochemical apparatus, where the electrochemical apparatus includes a substrate and an integrated three-electrodes array patterned on the substrate. The integrated three-electrodes array includes a working electrode, a reference electrode, and a counter electrode. The method further includes growing a nano-structured layer on the working electrode of the integrated three-electrodes array, putting the electrochemical apparatus in contact with a medium fluid, electrolyzing the medium fluid by applying an instantaneous electrical potential to the electrochemical apparatus, and generating a plurality of microbubbles around the electrochemical apparatus in contact with the medium fluid responsive to electrolyzing of the medium fluid.
