    摘要: A method of synthesizing ligand-conjugated gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is disclosed. The method comprises: a) providing an amine-modified silica particle; b) providing a solution comprising Au+3 ions; c) suspending the amine-modified silica particle in the solution comprising Au+3 ions; d) allowing the Au3+ ions to be adsorbed and/or immobilized onto the surface of the amine-modified silica particle; e) exposing the Au3+ ions immobilized onto the surface of the amine-modified silica particle to radiation to obtain bare gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) adsorbed and/or immobilized onto the surface of the amine-modified silica particle, wherein the bare AuNPs are without organic surface modifications; and f) reacting a ligand with the bare AuNPs adsorbed and/or immobilized onto the surface of the amine-modified SiNP and thereby obtain ligand-conjugated gold nanoparticles (AuNPs).

A tail board extends from the first end and a notch is defined in the tail board. The sleeve has a passage defined axially therethrough and at least one stop extends inward from the inner periphery of the passage. The tail board is inserted into the passage and the stop is engaged with the notch so as to secure the support to the passage. An engaging portion is located in the notch and located corresponding to the stop.

    摘要: A charged mesoporous silica nanoparticle (MSN)-based drug delivery system for controlled release and enhanced bioavailability is disclosed. The system comprises a positively charged MSN, which has a silica matrix and an array of pores and/or nanochannels in the matrix. The entire substance of the matrix, all the surfaces and the pores and/or nanochannels comprise a plurality of silanol (Si—OH) and quaternary ammonium functional groups. The bioavailability of a negatively charged bioactive compound can be increased by loading it into the pores and/or nanochannels. The silanol (Si—OH) functional groups on the surfaces lining the walls of the pores and/or nanochannels are free to deprotonate in a fluid having pH above the pI of the positively charged MSN and lead to a sustained release of the negatively charged drug from the pores and/or nanochannels, and thereby enhance the bioavailability of the drug.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for data recording of an optical disk drive. First, raw data is encoded to obtain a plurality of recording units of encoded data to be stored in a memory. The encoded data stored in the memory is then recorded to an optical disk. A predetermined number of recording units of the encoded data is then reserved in the memory as reserved data without being recorded onto the optical disk. The recorded data read from the optical disk is then compared to the corresponding encoded data stored in the memory to verify correctness of the recorded data. The reserved data is then recorded to the optical disk after correctness verification of the recorded data is completed. Finally, the aforementioned steps are repeated until there is no more raw data left as a source for encoding.

    摘要: The invention provides a method for data recording of an optical disk drive. First, raw data is encoded to obtain a plurality of recording units of encoded data to be stored in a memory. The encoded data stored in the memory is then recorded to an optical disk. A press-fitting mechanism is movably connected to the base, and includes a press-fitting portion facing the supporting portion and disposed corresponding in position to the supporting portion, and further portions for guiding and bending second positioning portions. The further portions are movably disposed on external side faces of the press-fitting portion. The press-fitting mechanism also has first portions for holding the further portions to the external side faces of the press-fitting portion, and has second portions passing through upper ends of the further portions. A drive mechanism is disposed at the base and has a drive portion connected to the press-fitting mechanism, for driving the press-fitting mechanism to move towards the supporting portion via the drive portion, so as to bend and fasten ends of second positioning portions.
