摘要: The present invention relates to a device for propelling and turning a hull, wherein the resistance acting on the stem of the hull is converted and the hull can be moved not only in the forward and backward directions but also in the left and right directions so as to improve the mobility and evasion capacity of the hull. The device for propelling and turning a hull comprises: a manifold arranged in the lengthwise direction in the lower portion of the hull so as to discharge the water introduced at the stem side toward the stern side; a propelling means, the top of which is rotatably connected to the stern side end of the manifold, the propelling means being arranged so as to jet water in a lateral direction; and a steering means, which is rotatably coupled to the stern side end of the propelling means such that the steering means rotates the propelling means in a given direction by means of rotating force applied from an external source.

摘要: A liquid crystal display device and its fabrication method may prevent occurrence of light leakage generated from the sides of a data line. A dummy pattern at sides of the data line with glass powder as an insulation film may simplify the repairing process. A method for fabricating a liquid crystal display device includes a gate electrode, a gate line, a dummy pattern and a first insulation film that are formed on a substrate. A switching element is formed on a portion of the gate electrode and includes a source electrode, a drain electrode and an active layer. A data line formed at a portion of the dummy pattern. A second insulation film is formed on the substrate and has a first contact hole that exposes a portion of the drain electrode. A pixel electrode is formed on the substrate and is electrically connected with the drain electrode through the first contact hole.

摘要: An etchant composition, and methods of patterning a conductive layer and manufacturing a flat panel display device using the same are provided. The etchant composition may include phosphoric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid, water and an additive, wherein the additive includes a chlorine-based compound, a nitrate-based compound, and an oxidation regulator. In addition, the flat panel display device may be manufactured by patterning a gate electrode, source/drain electrodes and a pixel electrode using the same etchant composition. The gate electrode, source/drain electrodes and the pixel electrode may be formed of different conductive materials. Accordingly, processes are simplified so that manufacturing costs may be reduced and productivity may be improved.

摘要: A dithering method and apparatus for a liquid crystal display is provided, wherein dithering with frame rate control and dithering without frame rate control can be selectively performed in accordance with the pattern characteristics of the input data to prevent the picture quality deterioration which can result from FRC dithering video data representing specific patterns. The pattern characteristic of the input video data is determined by a phase difference comparison between adjacent video data. A first dithering process is performed on the video data if pattern characteristic of the video data is determined to be a specific pattern, and a second dithering process utilizing a frame rate control is performed on the video data if the pattern characteristic is determined to be a general pattern.
