An end cap mounting structure includes an end cap for capping on one end of a tube for LED lamp tube, a locating plate fixedly mounted inside the end cap, two metal contacts fixedly connected to the locating plate and respectively extended out of the end cap through a respective through hole on the end cap, two gaskets respectively attached to the metal contacts and set in the through holes of the end cap to seal the gap between the through holes and the metal contacts, an insert press-fitted into the end cap and stopped against the locating plate, a cushion pad set in the end cap between the insert and the locating plate, a self-tapping screw driven through the insert, the cushion pad and the locating plate into the end cap to affix the insert, the cushion pad, the locating plate and the end cap together.

For installation in a fluorescent lamp holder, a LED lamp tube installable is disclosed to include a lamp tube having a LED module mounted therein ad mounting holes located on each of the two distal ends thereof, two end caps respectively capped on the two distal ends of the lamp tube, each end cap having mounting holes corresponding to the mounting holes of the lamp tube and two contact pins extended out of one side thereof and electrically connected with the LED module for connection to an external fluorescent lamp holder to obtain the necessary working voltage for the LED module, and screws or rivets fastened to the mounting holes of the lamp tube and the end caps to affix the end caps to the lamp tube.

A chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) process at least includes a polishing step and an ex-situ conditioning step, and the ex-situ conditioning step must be immediately performed after the polishing step. Therefore, it can save the process time. Furthermore, when applying to a CMP apparatus with several polishing regions, it can integrate these polishing regions having different polishing time in order to shorten total manufacturing time, thereby improving throughput.

The present invention provides a RNA virus-derived peptides with modified side chains, wherein the side chains of the RNA virus-derived peptide are modified by altering the side-chain length or charges thereof such that the RNA virus-derived peptide has a high binding affinity for viral RNA and an high cellular uptake capability. The present invention also provides a composition for inhibiting RNA virus wherein the RNA virus-derived peptide can effectively inhibit viral self-replication and treat related diseases by its high affinity for viral RNA. A drug delivery carrier is also provided, wherein the RNA virus-derived peptides can carry desired drugs to the intracellular target due to its cellular uptake capability and thereby enhances the drug-delivery and treating efficiency.

An improved grounding system comprises a tube which is vertically buried under the ground and cut with a plurality of holes at its lower part, and receives a wire inside it. The wire connects at its top with a set of current leakage detector that alarms a small leakage by a light and turns off power automatically in case of a rather big leakage. The lower end of the wire links with a conductive electrode that is also placed in the tube and is immersed in the underground water so as to be able to release electricity to the ground without keeping any store of potential. Therefore, the electrical appliances including lightening rod conductors equipped with this device can be safely used without producing any shock.

A retaining ring for CMP is disclosed. The retaining ring has a plurality of grooves. The grooves have rounded sidewalls. Because the sidewalls of the grooves of the retaining ring are rounded, the slurry is not apt to accumulate around them and the pad is less scratched. Accordingly, the micro-scratches on the wafer surface are reduced and the yield of the CMP step is increased. Its operational method and application system are also disclosed in this invention.
