Abstract:
A film pasting device and method for pasting a circuit board and a dome array together are disclosed. The device includes: a carrier having at least a suction hole, a support member connected to the carrier and having a plurality of air holes, a suction member connected to the carrier, and a first positioning member disposed on the carrier. The film pasting device includes: positioning the dome array, providing a suction force for sucking the dome array so as to evenly dispose the dome array, disposing the circuit board on the dome array, and providing a pressing force to press the circuit board to the dome array. Therefore, the present invention overcomes the conventional difficulty of aligning the dome array with the circuit board, thereby improving the product yield.
Abstract:
A sliding door is coupled to a casing having therein a receiving space, a port received in the receiving space, a first opening formed at the casing, and a first guide rail fixed to the casing to face the receiving space and positioned proximate to the first opening. The sliding door includes a frame body and a door body. The frame body is received in the receiving space and has a second guide rail, a resilient arm, and a second opening corresponding in position to the first opening. The door body is disposed between the casing and the frame body and slides along the first guide rail and the second guide rail to selectively block or unblock the first opening and the second opening. Accordingly, the sliding door structure is selectively opened or shut as needed, so as to protect the port.
Abstract:
A smallcell base station and a channel assignment method for the same are introduced. In response to a connection mode-related service request make by a user equipment (UE) for performing a communication service, a channel assignment processor of the smallcell base provides a forward access channel (FACH) for functioning as a communication route of the UE, assigns to the UE the FACH for functioning as a wireless transmission channel between the smallcell base and the UE in the connection mode when no dedicated channel (DCH) is available, and discontinues other communication services so as to release a DCH to the UE when the communication service has higher priority. Accordingly, the smallcell base need not keep a DCH for use in accessing during the connection mode, thereby making good use of channel resources.

A second connection portion is disposed on the second surface and electrically connected to a mobile electronic device body. The input/output port is disposed on the first surface and electrically connected to the second connection portion. The input/output port has an insertion end corresponding in position to an opening of the module body and connected to an external transmission connector. Further provided is a mobile electronic device having an input/output module, wherein the input/output module is replaceable such that the mobile electronic device has a transmission interface function and is expandable in applicability.
Abstract:
A sound quality testing method and system test sound quality of a network-based communication device. The method includes connecting the network-based communication device to a test host through the Internet; sending a testing signal from the test host to the sound receiving unit for generating an audio packet signal; sending the audio packet signal from the sound receiving unit to the test host through the Internet to produce a first test result; sending a test packet signal from the test host to the network-based communication device through the Internet to enable the network-based communication device to generate a speaker signal; receiving and analyzing the speaker signal by the test host to produce a second test result; and evaluating sound quality of the network-based communication device by the test host based on the first test result and the second test result.
Abstract:
A sound quality testing device for testing a communication apparatus has a sound generating unit and a sound receiving unit. The sound quality testing device includes a carrying unit, a first testing module, and a second testing module. The carrying unit carries the communication apparatus. The first testing module generates and sends a sound signal to the sound receiving unit. The second testing module receives a sound-generating signal generated by the sound generating unit. The sound quality testing device provides a standardized simulation testing environment having low or no noise signals, such that the communication apparatus can be tested precisely and steadily in terms of sound quality, such as volume, frequency responses, and harmonic wave distortion.
Abstract:
An integrated temperature and humidity control device includes a temperature and humidity sensing element, a temperature and humidity sensing transmission interface, a computation processing module, a communication interface, and a display interface which are integrated with each other. The device performs local and remote fab temperature and humidity control simultaneously and allows on-site display of temperature and humidity levels at the fab. Accordingly, the device enables convenient simultaneous control and display of temperature and humidity levels and simplifies the layout thereof.
Abstract:
A testing method tests a handheld electronic device installed with an open operating platform and having a touchscreen. The testing method includes the steps of executing a screen test program installed on the open operating platform to start a testing procedure; generating test coordinates by the screen test program; performing a touch selection operation based on the test coordinates by the touchscreen; and performing a functional operation by the open operating platform in response to the touch selection operation. The testing loop is repeatedly executed to simulate the ways a user may exercise touch control over the handheld electronic device to cause the handheld electronic device to hang or cause damage to software programs thereof. Accordingly, the testing method enhances the reliability of testing the handheld electronic device.
Abstract:
A system in package module and a method of fabricating the system in package module are disclosed. A substrate is provided, including circuit layers, solder pads and dielectric layers. Cutting lines are formed on the substrate. Grounded buried vias are formed in at least one dielectric layer and the circuit layers adjacent to the dielectric layer corresponding to the cutting lines. Electronic elements are disposed on the substrate. An encapsulant is formed on the substrate to encapsulate the electronic elements. The substrate is cut along the cutting lines to expose the grounded buried via. A shielding layer is formed enclosing the encapsulant and sidewalls of the substrate to obtain the system in package module. Therefore, the interference of electromagnetic radiation is diminished and less spaces on the top and bottom of the substrate are occupied.
Abstract:
A printed circuit board testing device for performing electrical tests on a printed circuit board having test contacts includes a test platform. An installable and uninstallable positioning module is disposed on the test platform and adapted to receive the printed circuit board. The positioning module has through-holes corresponding in position to the test contacts. A dial module is disposed between the test platform and the positioning module, and has a needle corresponding in position to the through-holes, such that the distance between the dial module and the positioning module can be altered to cause the needle to penetrate a corresponding one the through-holes, insert into the positioning module, and come into contact with the test contacts to facilitate the electrical test. The printed circuit board testing device can perform electrical tests on any printed circuit boards having the test contacts, by changing the positioning module and the dial module.
