摘要: A method and apparatus improve the performance of a carrier amplifier in a Doherty amplifier. The Doherty amplifier includes a power divider, a carrier amplifier, at least one peaking amplifier, offset lines, and a Doherty circuit. The power divider provides a power signal to each of the carrier amplifier and the at least one peaking amplifier. The carrier amplifier amplifies power of a signal inputted from the power divider. The at least one peaking amplifier amplifies power of a signal inputted from the power divider. The offset lines control a load impedance when the at least one peaking amplifier does not operate. When the at least one peaking amplifier does not operate, the Doherty circuit generates the load impedance of the carrier amplifier that is larger than twice a load impedance at the maximum output power of the carrier amplifier.

摘要: A sampling frequency offset (SFO) estimation method for use in a digital receiver to estimate a correct SFO is disclosed. The method for estimating the SFO in the digital receiver includes the steps of (a) receiving an estimated phase, and comparing a magnitude of the estimated phase with that of a predetermined standard deviation; (b) if the magnitude of the estimated phase is greater than that of the predetermined standard deviation, compulsorily setting the estimated phase to zero, and storing the estimated phase of zero; and (c) calculating an SFO value using the stored phase. Therefore, the method performs zero-forcing on a phase overshoot caused by a ghost, such that a correct SFO can be estimated in the tracking mode.

摘要: An RF front-end apparatus in a TDD wireless communication system is provided. In the RF front-end apparatus, a detector is provided at a predetermined position in a signal path, and detects a signal propagating in the signal path. A circulator provides a signal received from a power amplifier to an antenna feed line and a signal received from the antenna feed line to a switch. A switch controller generates a control signal based on the signal received from the detector and a switch on/off signal received from a control board. The switch, which is disposed at an input port of an LNA, switches on/off according to the control signal received from the switch controller.

摘要: A dehydrating apparatus of an automatic washing machine includes: an unbalance sensor mounted on a controller mounted into a top cover, for sensing an unbalance of a washing tub during performing a dehydrating function; a magnet mounted on a door, for sensing an opening of the door during performing the dehydrating function; and a hall sensor mounted on an another controller more adjacent to the magnet, for sensing switch on or off state by means of a magnetic field of the magnet in the event of opening or closing of the door. To sense the unbalance of the washing tub for a certain time after performing the dehydrating cycle, sensing time of the unbalance is counted from starting time of the dehydrating function to compare with a certain time. If the sensing time of the unbalance is more than a certain time, a sub-routine for sensing the unbalance. If not, the sensing time of the unbalance is accumulatively counted and stored into a memory, to determine the dehydrating cycle time. Thus, the unbalance of the washing tub and the opening of the door can exactly be sensed to control them.
